We are thrilled to launch our Showroom Seminar Series with a special event featuring Kayla Croteau, the Winner of the Champion Poodle Class at Groomania and current Groom Team USA member.

This is an In-Person Event at Celtic K9 Headquarters.
The 2 days of the Seminar will be recorded and will be available on

Join us for an exclusive 2-day Poodle Experience at Celtic K9.
Timed just 6 weeks before Intergroom, this seminar will also provide the perfect prep opportunity for the contest.

Day 2: Hands-On Experience

Hands-On Requirements:
All Dogs must come fully prepped. There will be No allocation for bathing or re-fluffing.
Participants must bring their own grooming table.

Only Dogs actively participating in the seminar are permitted.
Male Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and/or wear a belly band.

We have carefully curated these Seminars and are excited to announce more incredible Educators in the near future.

We are nearly ready for our favourite weekend of the year! West Coast Groom Fest is excited to welcome you all this weekend!

Here’s a little bit of info to get you started!

Registration will be open on Thursday June 13 from 4pm-6pm for anyone who would like to pick up their pass early! Passes are required to be worn at all times while at the show. WCGF Registration booth is Cash Only. (ATM onsite)

Our Competitors Meeting will be at the Show Venue this year, Thursday at 6:30 pm, upstairs in the seminar area. All competitors are invited to attend , especially for those new to the ring to get familiar with some of our processes, but it is not required.

The fun begins Friday morning at 8:30 am for Seminar go-ers! Registration will be open at 7:30 am for you to pick up your passes!

Please keep in mind, the Trade Show begins at 2:00 pm on Friday. Our vendors will be busy setting up spectacular booths for you eager shoppers! Please be patient and give them time to do so. We’re looking forward to a fun afternoon of shopping and contest viewing! The famous Team Groom Competition is a blast to watch on Friday evening!

Saturday and Sunday the registration team will be available from 7:30 am to assist you as well!

Please keep in mind that our venue does not host dog events other than WCGF. We need to be very respectful of the venue and stick to the posted rules in order to keep using this fabulous space! Please, unless your dog is participating in seminars or contests, leave them at home. Always, always, ALWAYS clean up after your dogs! We have the necessary supplies available, just ask! Please use the indicated “Dog Friendly” entrance with your dogs, to avoid walking them through the restaurant area. No dogs are permitted upstairs in the seminar area except the models. We do have a Dog Holding area, you are welcome to crate your dogs in this area for the duration of the show, (no overnight crating available)
