Hereā€™s Our Story

We welcome you to our farm on the Lund Highway.

ā€˜Andtbackaā€™ is Patā€™s family name on her fatherā€™s side and she picked it to represent the farm in honor of her parents who modelled strong work ethics and an resolute ability to live sustainably off the land. Their health and longevity was tied to the land and Pat continues that tradition while sharing her bounty with the local community.

The farm started 40 years ago and has grown steadily over the years. The once small spot in the forest near the end of the road has been pushed back, greenhouses have sprouted and outbuildings have expanded to include a meat processing facility, smokehouse, commercial kitchen and farm store.

Farm animals graze happily, birds soar overhead and pets including guinea fowl and peacocks roam freely on the land. Itā€™s a bustling place in the summer and a little bit quieter in the winter.
