Is your pet ready for YOUR vacation?

It is at this time of the year that we all wish we were on a beach. Some of us are lucky enough to spend some time down south. 🏝️ While you prepare for your vacation don't forget to prepare your pet as well. Whether your furry friends are traveling with you or staying at a kennel or with friends here are a few tips to help keep them happy and healthy while you are away.
1. Boarding kennels require dogs to have an up to date Kennel Cough vaccine.
2. Flea products are important to keep these pesky bugs away.
3. Have an extra bag of your pet's regular food on hand.
4. Ensure that whoever is watching your dogs or cats knows who their veterinarian is in case of emergency.

If your pet is due for their vaccinations give us a call to set up their appointments! We have openings to get them seen before you travel! 🐾♥️

Look at these adorable babies! 🐶 ♥️🥰♥️🐾Ultrasound is a noninvasive and effective diagnostic tool used to observe and evaluate the structure and function of soft tissues. Sonograms give us real time views of soft tissue organs, such as the heart, stomach, spleen and kidney. These images are used in combination with the veterinarian's physical exam and other diagnostics to evaluate heart disease, to detect certain liver diseases and evaluate gastric motility, among many other things. We are able to complete routine pregnancy sonograms on our canine and feline patients. We can even use the ultrasound to aid in collecting urine samples on a routine basis. When a second opinion is required, we can send sonograms to specialist radiologists or internists for interpretation.
