Dear valued clients

As you all know I have been struggling with my back since last December.

After my surgery in August I have been gradually easing back into work. Under directions I am currently only booking small dogs with calm temperaments when being groomed and have very limited bookings available.

I appreciate your patience as I continue to recover from this❤️

I miss my furry friends 🐾 and it saddens me having to make this post.

Thank you everyone for the well wishes! The Dr said surgery went well today and hopefully after 6-8 weeks recovery I can ease back into grooming. I miss all my furry friends 🐾

Hello everyone!!

Finally today I received a call from Kingston General with a date for my back surgery. August 11th is the date and if all goes well I will be home that evening. Not sure how quickly before I'll be back to grooming but I will post when I can start again.

After finally seeing the neurosurgeon on Monday it turns out I will need surgery to repair the bulging disc but when that will be I am not sure.

Finally an appointment is booked for March 20th with Neurosurgeon in Kingston.

After speaking with my doctor today about my MRI results it saddens me to say that I still can't groom until I see the neurosurgeon in Kingston😞

Merry belated Christmas and New year🎄🎉
I hope all of you got what you wished for!! Unfortunately I must have been on Santa's naughty list.
As some of you may know already I was having some back issues at the beginning of December and unfortunately over the holidays I ended up in the hospital.
The back issues are more serious than I thought and I will need to wait until my Dr’s know the full extent of what is happening before I can resume grooming. I am still available for daycare and boarding but sadly I can't groom. I hope to be able to give some kind of update on Jan 24th when I see my doctor to go over my MRI results but for now I need to protect my back 😢

Just wanted to send out a couple of messages.

*I am closed July 29-Aug1 and August 8-14.

*Thursday's storm took out our landline home phone. Hopefully that will get fixed next week.

*Thank you to those who have been referring to me but I'm still not accepting new grooming clients. Yes I have taken a few new clients but I'm full again.

*If you are wanting to book an appointment I would suggest pre-booking ahead of time to ensure a spot. I am currently booking into September and that is filling up quickly. I am booking up anywhere from 2-3 months ahead. If you want to keep your fur baby on a regular schedule please book before you leave. I do get the occasional cancellation but not often.

I'm doing a raffle to help pay for my 4yr old grandkitty Kit's unexpected vet bill. Sadly her condition turned out to be fatal and she passed away after the surgery. Now my son and daughter in-law are left with a very expensive bill. I have made up two individual raffle prizes both valued at $200 each. Tickets will be $5 an entry. Etransfer or cash is acceptable. Thank you everyone for thinking of our family during this difficult time ❤️

Unfortunately as of today I am no longer accepting new grooming clients. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and I thank those who have been referring me. I am tremendously thankful for all of you!!
