In my home I am an absolute dog lover! I spent 3 years fostering with Saskatoon Dog Rescue until I moved to Prince Albert 2 years ago.

I do still help out with transport and temporary sitting of rescue dogs when I can. I was looking for a way to make a few extra bucks while hanging out with my favorite people (AkA my dogs) so I decided to try my hand at dog sitting. I have 3 dogs at home: Alice (F, 4 year old border collie mix), Ozzy (M, 3 yr old Blue Tick C**n Hound) and Gus (M, 6 year old Plott hound). All our dogs are fully va

ccinated and healthy. The boys can be a bit rambunctious at times, but they wouldn't hurt a fly. Alice loves every single dog she meets. She came to me as a foster after she was brought in with her 10 puppies, so she knows how to be patient. I love to take pictures of any dog I have staying with me so you will get regular updates if they are staying in my home. Fully fenced backyard and lots of room around the house. They are allowed on the couch and we have plenty of dog beds for sleeping. I also have a spare room if they need time to themselves. I will also stay at your home if you have multiple dogs/cats. I admittedly don't know much about exotic pets, but I'm more than willing to look after them too.

FAQ: Are your pets vaccinated?

YES!! I keep mine up to date on everything, including kennel cough and can provide records upon request. Health is VERY important to me. Your pets and mine.

Do you leave the dogs outside during the day??

Absolutely not. I don’t leave my dogs outside when I’m not home, so I wouldn’t do it with anyone’s else’s. They are happy and comfy inside the house when I’m not home. When I am home, they often have an open door to come and go inside and out.

I’m going to start some posts of FAQ because I feel like there’s been a bit of misinformation out there about what I do. First and foremost, I am NOT a doggy daycare. If you are wanting someone to spend the day with your pups, I am not the right fit for you.

Do you work? Yes. I work full time at the Ministry of Highways. So yes, your dog is home during the day, but they have free range of the couch, dog beds, windows etc. If I have even the slightest inclination that they wouldn’t get along, they can be kennelled during the day and 100% supervised while I’m home. I also usually do a meet and greet before hand to ensure everyone is cooperative and it’s the right fit.
