Dear Customers:
Thank you for being loyal customers and putting your valuable trust in Pawsitively Fabulous!! Dog and Cat Grooming for the last 14 years.

Although we have tried our best to keep the expenses low, our operating costs have increased in recent years.

After carefully reviewing the finances, we have made a tough decision of increasing our prices for all grooming services.

The price increases for grooming services will be effective November 1, 2024.

NO SHOW FEE/LAST MINUTE CANCELATION FEES

Effective September 1, 2024: A 50% charge of grooming services to any customers who do not show up or do not call to cancel their appointment.

In the event of your missed appointment, you will be required to pay your No Show Fee/Last Minute Cancelation prior to receiving any future grooming services at Pawsitively Fabulous.

24-hour notice of cancelation of appointments is required.

Less than 24-hour notification results in a 50% charge of services booked.

As always, we are striving to evolve and improve our services.

Hi everyone! We just got back from our much needed holiday but because I just got home I will be returning all messages and calls tomorrow!

Today we lost another 4 legged member of our company. Luna.
She came to us late one night after scratching at Willow's window.
She was eternally grateful for it. We posted pics trying to find her owners but to no avail. She soon brought a couple kittens into the world Bella & Leo.
Luna was part of our Corporate Affairs Department.
We'll miss your late night visits Luna and your antics around the water cooler.
