✨️ Answering Your Questions About The Move ✨️
🐾 I have had so many of you reaching out to me worried about the changes coming with my move to Ace's this week so here is the main answer to them all-
🌸 Nothing but my location is changing 🌸
🐾 I will still be working Sundays, though I have some taken off through the summer.
🐾 I will continue to book the year in quarters as I am still in school.
🐾 I will still be as kennel-free, one on one as possible. The only overlap would be upon pick up and drop off.
🐾 When arriving for your appointment you can still shoot me a text and I will meet you in the lobby inside the front doors (under the Ace's K9 sign), or when you enter the girls upfront can radio me to let me know of your arrival.
🐾 Some of you prefer me coming to your vehicle to drop off/ pick up, I can still do that! Just text me and let me know when you arrive.
🐾 I am working along side another groomer, though we are separate businesses, with separate pricing.
🐾 I am also a separate business operating within Ace's K9 Care, any daycare services or boarding will need to be done through Ace's.
✨️ I understand there is a huge shortage of groomers in town but unfortunately I cannot take on anymore clients at this time, though I do have a waitlist going.

The Bark Shop is moving, but not far!
Starting MARCH 19th The Bark Shop will be operating out of Ace's K9 Care!!
I will be working alongside Mama Mia's K9 Cuts and I couldn't be more excited!
🐾This opportunity will allow me with more space and much better efficiency, which is why I've taken on a few more clients. Also an indoor lobby!!! 🎉
🐾 In the day since I posted last I had a huge amount of requests and I'm now at capacity for the time being! Once I'm settled into my new location I may take more on.
🐾 March 19th is nearly a month away but I wanted to give all my amazing clients a good heads up about my location change that way if there are any issues there is lots of time to let me know!

🐾 If you're a prebooker, please reach out. Don't rely on me to prebook your pup if you have not contacted me about it. I have hundreds of pups to schedule in and though I do try to remember everyone, I will miss some of you if you don't contact me!
🐾 I always answer in order the messages are received, please be patient as I will be very busy with messages while I try to book everyone in.
🐾 As posted below, prices will go up by 5% starting January 1, 2023. The last year has been hard on us all with rising costs, but to continue providing the quality of grooms I pride myself in maintaining I have to follow suit.

🐾 I am now able to book appointments for the rest of 2022, I will prioritize those I see every 4 weeks, then 6 weeks, then 8+. I feel this will be the easiest way for me to play tetris with my time slots and get everyone in.

🐾 Lice are going around again! It's recommended to keep your pup treated if they frequent places where there are lots of other pups coming and going, like grooming salons!

🐾 Please be aware of my 24hour notice policy when canceling an appointment. I have a long cancelation list and with enough notice I can fill your spot if you do not need it. If you need me to resend your prebooked schedule please reach out! All no shows/late cancelation may result in a 50% fee.
🐾 Many of my frequent pups run right in the gate, but if your pup isn't as enthusiastic about their grooming appointment please leash them! My street can be very busy and safety will always be my number one concern, inside my grooming space and outside.

🐾 Lice are out and about again, they are very contagious and super easy to come across. I highly recommend getting your dog regularly treated if your dog regularly gets groomed, visits daycare, goes to dog parks or anywhere else other dogs frequent! 🪳🌼
With the change in mandates I plan on continuing to wear a mask upon pickup/drop off but it is your choice to wear yours! 🥳
🚘 During pickup/drop off I will still come to the drive way to do so, though you are welcome to come to the door. If you come to the door please do not come early, if I'm still working on a pup when you knock it could be dangerous if the dog reacts suddenly (also I wear head phones while I work so I probably won't hear you if I'm not expecting you, and the door is on the opposite end of the house as my work room).
