Happy New Year ! 🎉
Some big news for the coming spring, here's a couple more things not included in the q&a 👇👇👇
🐾 Between April 20th (Easter) and May 23rd, I will only be booking small dogs. (If you have a poodle/doodle booked during this time, don't worry, their appointment won't change!)
🐾 I am announcing my maternity leave a little early, but it's so anyone who has another groomer in mind can get on their waitlist early! I am holding off on giving out specific recommendations before March as other groomers may not be accepting new clients by the time you go to book with them.

I so appreciate all the love I've received from those who are already aware & Thank you for everyone's understanding going forward! 💕💕

🐾 I will be away from September 21st until October 8th, all texts and messages will be answered in the order recieved the following week.
🐾 Keep in mind I'm currently booking the end of November and space before Christmas is filling up, so if your pup still needs a spot before the end of the year reach out to me and we'll get them booked as soon as I'm back ! 😁

🐾 I know there is such a huge demand for grooming in Prince George but I'm now solidly booked 10+ weeks in advance, which I am so grateful for, though it is making it a little difficult to book preexisting clients. Please let me know if there are any questions/concerns or if you need a recommendation for a groomer taking new clientele!

🐾 please keep in mind I only do bookings via text or Facebook messenger, and my inbox will be stuffed these next few weeks so it may take me a few days to reply !

✨️ I am still accepting new clients, with the exception of heavy coated giants breeds (pyrenees,berneses,st.bernards).
✨️ I have no more space available on weekends for new clients.

✨️ I AM taking on a SMALL amount of new clients at this time. I have contacted most on my waitlist and have received minimal responses so I will not be keeping a waitlist going forward. If you are still in need of a groomer TEXT or FACEBOOK MESSENGER. Do not call.

✨️I am not taking on any new giant breed clients (Great pyrenees, bernese mountain dogs, newfies, malamutes etc.) due to a back injury.

🐾 (236)792-0844 is the ONLY number I use for work. My personal number is being passed around, I will not respond to any texts or messages on any other number, only my work number.

🐾 Do not expect an immediate response, I typically respond to all messages/texts in order received two or three days out of the week. This works best for me so I don't end up missing anyone!

✨️ Answering Your Questions About The Move ✨️

🐾 I have had so many of you reaching out to me worried about the changes coming with my move to Ace's this week so here is the main answer to them all-
🌸 Nothing but my location is changing 🌸

🐾 I will still be working Sundays, though I have some taken off through the summer.
🐾 I will continue to book the year in quarters as I am still in school.
🐾 I will still be as kennel-free, one on one as possible. The only overlap would be upon pick up and drop off.
🐾 When arriving for your appointment you can still shoot me a text and I will meet you in the lobby inside the front doors (under the Ace's K9 sign), or when you enter the girls upfront can radio me to let me know of your arrival.
🐾 Some of you prefer me coming to your vehicle to drop off/ pick up, I can still do that! Just text me and let me know when you arrive.
🐾 I am working along side another groomer, though we are separate businesses, with separate pricing.
🐾 I am also a separate business operating within Ace's K9 Care, any daycare services or boarding will need to be done through Ace's.
✨️ I understand there is a huge shortage of groomers in town but unfortunately I cannot take on anymore clients at this time, though I do have a waitlist going.

💕 I hugely appreciate all the excitement and love I've received with this big step, I can't wait to see you all there! 🥰

📣 BIG IMPORTANT NEWS 📣

The Bark Shop is moving, but not far!
Starting MARCH 19th The Bark Shop will be operating out of Ace's K9 Care!!
I will be working alongside Mama Mia's K9 Cuts and I couldn't be more excited!

🐾This opportunity will allow me with more space and much better efficiency, which is why I've taken on a few more clients. Also an indoor lobby!!! 🎉

🐾 In the day since I posted last I had a huge amount of requests and I'm now at capacity for the time being! Once I'm settled into my new location I may take more on.

🐾 March 19th is nearly a month away but I wanted to give all my amazing clients a good heads up about my location change that way if there are any issues there is lots of time to let me know!

🐾 The best part is that Ace's is only 5 minutes away! 👇✨️

🐾 Everyone should be prebooked by now for January- April, if you're not message or text me ASAP and we'll see what we can do!
🐾 Please allow me time to reply to your messages. If I don't get to you the day you reach out, I will during my next working day. If you message me Thursday night, you will not get a reply until Sunday because I do not work Fridays or Saturdays.

🐾 If you are a prebooker waiting for your January-April dates, shoot me a text or message. I believe I have gotten to everyone but I could be missing someone!

🐾 For non-regulars (those I only see a couple times a year), please book your spring groom ASAP. I have very few spots left in March/April and with my course load being a little heavier next semester I will not be fitting pups in on my days off.

🐾 If you're a prebooker, please reach out. Don't rely on me to prebook your pup if you have not contacted me about it. I have hundreds of pups to schedule in and though I do try to remember everyone, I will miss some of you if you don't contact me!

🐾 I always answer in order the messages are received, please be patient as I will be very busy with messages while I try to book everyone in.

🐾 As posted below, prices will go up by 5% starting January 1, 2023. The last year has been hard on us all with rising costs, but to continue providing the quality of grooms I pride myself in maintaining I have to follow suit.
