Jim Good stopped by the CN Centre - yes, wearing his custom tshirt and park host name tag - for a visit with his good friend Glen Mikkelsen.

Jim brought some of his old records with him from Bachman Turner Overdrive and April Wine, knowing that these two legendary bands are coming to the CN Centre on April 8th, along with the Headpins.

Jim, along with his wife, will be attending this fantastic concert, and he looks forward to seeing everyone there!

Jim Good stopped by the Precision FX studio today for a 90-minute interview, which will be used as part of a major documentary that highlights his uniquely inspiring story and the creation of Goodsir Nature Park.

Today’s interview wrapped up a year of production work. Stay tuned for more exciting information in the near future!

Anyone recognize this DJ? Throwback to many decades ago, when Jim Good spent most of his weekends spinning records at various events and gatherings throughout Northern British Columbia.

Did you know that Jim’s collected over 40,000 records over the years? Many of these gems are on display at our park in the designated Music Museum. Come check them out sometime! Jim will even DJ a customized set of songs for you (yes, he does take requests).

Do you know anyone with a photographic memory?

Jim Good, Founder of Goodsir Nature Park, has the unique ability to recall facts from memory with high precision.

For example, Jim has 40,000+ records in his music collection inventory, and can pretty much name the songs on every single one of them. He is also supremely sharp when it comes to album/song release dates (month and year), as well as record labels, band member names and other fun random trivia.

Check out this unedited raw footage that Prince George videographer Jeff Gruending from Precision FX recently shot at Goodsir Nature Park. Scott McWalter was making up questions on the fly to test Jim's knowledge, and he definitely aced the test!

Some of this footage will end up in a major documentary featuring Jim Good (more info coming soon) that John A. Brink (Brink Group of Companies) and Selen Alpayy (Canadian Tire) are producing. This team is nine months into filming this exciting project and it has been one wild journey!

Most days, Jim Good doesn't receive a single visitor to Goodsir Nature Park; however, he still wakes up every morning and wears his park host name tag with pride.

If you're looking for something fun to do with the family this weekend, it's a winter wonderland at the park right now!
