We are a locally owned company. Dr. Fuller grew up in Prince George prior to receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular Microbiology at the University of Calgary. Following these studies, Dr. Fuller achieved her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Fuller went on to complete a Small Animal Internship in Medicin

e and Surgery at the University of Prince Edward Island. Dr. Fuller then returned to Prince George and worked as a Small Animal Veterinarian for 7 years. Hart Family Veterinary Clinic Ltd provides compassionate, professional and personal care for our clients' beloved family members. With a focus on Small-Animal Medicine, Hart Family Veterinary Clinic Ltd provides a wide-range of care for companion pets. We will have scheduled as well as drop-in appointments available during our listed business hours, along with surgical appointments Monday through Friday.

In observance of Remembrance Day, our clinic will be closed for the long weekend starting tomorrow. We will reopen and resume regular hours on Tuesday.

Please remember to pick up any food or medications you may need before we close today at 5:30 PM. We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure your pets have everything they need over the weekend.

🚧 Big Announcement: We’re Breaking Up with Our Wall! 💔🐾

Today, we’re officially saying goodbye to the wall that’s been cramping our style (and space!) for too long. It’s time to tear it down and make room for even better care for our furry friends. 🐶🐱

So if you hear some banging and see a little construction dust, don’t worry – it’s just us expanding to give your pets the extra space they deserve. Soon, we’ll have more room for belly rubs, tail wags, and treats galore!

You may have heard (or seen) that our clinic is currently undergoing some renovations. We are about to enter the next phase of our renovations and it has impacted our retail space and ability to keep our normal amounts of stock on hand.

If you purchase your pet food from us we strongly recommend signing up for our online store. It will allow you to have your food delivered to your home (free shipping on orders over $100.00) or have it delivered to the clinic where you can pick it up. If you prefer to not register for the online store then please call ahead to ensure we have your food on hand as we are keeping some of our most popular diets on hand in the back.

While we understand this is not as convenient as stopping at the clinic to make your food purchases, we do thank you for your understanding. We are looking forward to the completion of our upgrades and being able to resume our in clinic retail sales. The Hart Family Vet team is taking a little break to spend Thanksgiving with our friends & families (and maybe sneak some turkey under the table to our favourite family members 🐾😉). We will be closed starting today at 5:30 PM and reopening on Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM.

If your pets need any food, medication, or supplies before the long weekend, please come in before we close today! We don’t want anyone to miss out on cuddles, treats, or a relaxing holiday.

Happy Monday everyone! This is Meghan, one of our veterinary assistants. She has been a part of our team for 2 years now, and you may have seen her working at reception from time to time. Her love for animals shines through, especially when it comes to her favorite furry friends—bunnies! 🐇 She just adopted two more, bringing her bunny family up to four! 🥰

🍪 Fun Fact: Meghan is also an amazing baker and often spoils us with her delicious cookies! She’s recently taken up cookie decorating, and we’ve been lucky enough to taste (and admire!) her sweet creations. 😋

This is Axel, another one of our technicians! Axel joined us almost a year ago, and he’s brought humor, energy, and a whole lot of skill to our team. Not only does he keep things running smoothly, but he also handles working with our all-female staff like a champ. 😂💪 His positive attitude and love for animals make him a great fit here at the clinic!

🏃‍♂️ Fun Fact: If Axel weren’t in vet med, he’d be an extreme athlete! We’re lucky he’s here, keeping pets safe instead of climbing mountains. 🏔️
