Xpression is a16.2hh black stallion with lots of leg, athletic ability and an uphill build. With his fluent uphill gaits Xpression has loads of potential in the dressage, hunter/jumper, and eventing worlds. His gaits are very adjustable and he is capable of both extrension and collection in all 3 gaits. Xpression has natural carriage and is very light in the rein. As well, he is a lovely horse to throw a western saddle on and go for a sunday evening joy ride. He is one of those horses that truly enjoys working and the attention that comes with it. Xpression has a lovely, willing, kind temperament that is sought in the Canadian breed and seems to pass that on to his offspring. He is willing to work, light off the rein and leg, with beautiful balance and rhythm to his gaits. With over 35 registered foals on the ground now, it is fair to say that Xpression is definitely stamping his offspring with long, straight legs, pretty, refined heads, sport horse conformation, and excellent quality movement suitable for the competitive levels of a variety of disciplines.

Mare Monday:

Willowview Dawn Phara is a 2004 black mare standing 15.2hh. Phara is a quiet and easy horse to have around who is very good about you handling her foals from a young age. She is a proven producer of many high quality, good minded, and very beautiful foals. I have included photos of some of her offspring. With a little luck she will hopefully still produce a filly for me to keep as a future broodmare and riding horse.

Mare Monday!

(Over the next few weeks, on each Monday I am going to introduce you to one of our mares)

It seems fitting to start with Pineview Alf Liberty. Liberty was born in 2001. She is a career broodmare who boasts qualities of amazing fertility, longevity, above average intelligence, and lasting sound conformation. I have been impressed with the foals she has had for us so far. Liberty is in foal to Lambert Lambert Taj*Mahal for spring 2025.

Jersey can be a little stingy, flighty, sassy and challenging, but overall she is really progressing well with her training. I think given enough time, experiences and education this one is going to be a nice horse!
