Farrier was out today and got 4 perfect hoof trimmings off of Toby! Toby has been enjoying time with some littles lately, playing with his friends in the snow and doing some fun taste testing. This week was blueberry candy canes vs. Peppermint horse treats. He went for the peppermint treats first but then happily crunched the blueberry candy cane after testing a small bite and deciding it was good!

M&M (minis and minis) - This program is designed for parents to bring their tots out to enjoy spending time with our miniature horse Toby in a private session just for your family! Each week you and your child/ren will enjoy a combination of grooming, leading, feeding treats and pony rides(some restrictions apply). The main goal is to build confidence and become comfortable around horses.
Half hour sessions can be booked as a 1 time experience, weekly or biweekly lessons on Tuesdays at 11am, 12 or 1pm. Cost is $25/ lesson. Recommended for children aged 2-5.

Grooming and Horse care - This is a 6 week session for children 5 years and older to learn about horses and horse care in the comfort of the barn. Please note that there will be no riding during this program. Classes are 30 minutes long.
Cost for the 6 week session is $120 for semi private or $60 for group classes.

Mini Farmers - You and your child ages 2-5 will learn the basics of how to feed, care for and interact with bunnies, chickens and horses in a fun and relaxed environment. ($40 per 4 week session)
Fridays 10-10:30am beginning October 3rd.

And then there were 2! Chad has decided to adopt a kitten... This little girl showed up a few days ago and it seems like she has decided to call our place home. The two are inseparable and love to play and cuddle.
