🐴 Wrapping Up an Amazing 2024 EAL Season! 🐴
Today, we had the honour of working with the Grade 12 class from Nakoda Oyade Education Centre as we closed out our 2024 Equine-Assisted Learning sessions. 🌟
This fall semester has been nothing short of incredible. Every child who participated in our program demonstrated kindness, patience, and growth while working with our horses.
We’re so grateful for the opportunity to share the unique magic of Equine-Assisted Learning with such amazing individuals, and we can't wait to continue building on this success.

🌟 What a fantastic day! 🌟

The Grade 11 students from the Nakoda Oyade Education Centre spent a wonderful day with the horses, and it was truly heartwarming to witness. Watching the students build connections with these incredible animals was such a joy. The horses returned the love, and the bonds formed were something special.

🌟 Today, we had the privilege of working with the Grade 10 class from Nakoda Oyade Education Center! 🌟

It was an incredible session watching students connect with our horses. Many of them started the day feeling a bit nervous, especially since some had never been around a horse before. But by the end of the session, they were leading their horses with confidence!

Horses have this amazing ability to help us step outside of our comfort zones and find new courage. We’re so proud of each student for embracing this experience and making such beautiful progress. 🐴💫

Had a fantastic day working with the Grade Nine class from Nakoda Oyade Education Centre! What an excellent group of students—engaged, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. It was also wonderful to see some returning students from our program last year. Great to see familiar faces and be part of their continued growth! Looking forward to more amazing days ahead.

Today we had the pleasure of working with the Grade 8s from the Nakoda Oyade Education Centre. It was such a joy to spend time with this kind and caring group of kids. The horses loved the attention too!

Had an amazing day working with the Grade 7 class from Carry the Kettle First Nation! Such a sweet and enthusiastic group of kids. They really enjoyed spending time with the horses, and it was wonderful to see their excitement and connection. Looking forward to more moments like this!

Today, we pause to remember, honor, and respect every child who didn’t come home, every survivor of residential schools, and their families and communities. Reconciliation calls us to find the courage to look at our past with eyes wide open, to confront the painful truth of our history without fear. Only by acknowledging the darkest moments can we begin the journey toward healing. Together, let’s commit to taking steps forward to mend the deep wounds and build a future grounded in understanding, respect, and justice.

Had a fantastic day celebrating inclusion and love at the Pride Parade today! 🌈 The energy, the joy, and the unity were absolutely incredible. The ponies were a hit with everyone! Here's to embracing diversity and spreading love always!

🎉 Congratulations to our recent graduates!

We have witnessed incredible growth in our students over the past months. As the weeks went on, we saw them grow more confident, impressing us with their skills with the horses and their kindness to each other. We couldn't be prouder of their achievements and the bonds they've formed. A special thank you to Claire Snyder for her help this semester!
