J'AI 75 ANS ET J'AI ADOPTÉ UNE CHIENNE QUE J'AI TROUVÉE ATTACHÉ SOUS UN PONT EN PLEINE NEIGE.

Je n'oublierai jamais cette froide matinée d'hiver. Je me promenais près de la rivière quand je l'ai vue, frissonnante, effrayée, attachée à un poteau sous le pont. La neige tombait abondamment et elle était à peine couverte, son petit corps tremblant de froid. Qui a pu faire quelque chose d'aussi cruel ?

Je l'ai détachée et l'ai enveloppée dans mon manteau, ses yeux remplis de peur mais aussi d'espoir. Cela me brisait le cœur de penser qu'elle avait été abandonnée d'une manière aussi cruelle. Comment peut-on se débarrasser d'un tel amour ?

Je l'ai ramenée chez moi, je lui ai donné de la nourriture, de la chaleur et un nom : Maggie. Malgré tout ce qu'elle a vécu, c'est l'âme la plus aimante et la plus douce qui soit. À 75 ans, je n'étais pas sûre de pouvoir prendre un autre chien, mais Maggie a apporté tant de lumière et de joie dans ma vie. Elle est mon petit miracle, et je ferai en sorte qu'elle n'ait plus jamais froid ni ne se sente seule.❄️🐶✨
