Armando Valdés Planas is an actor, producer, casting director and "photographer" from Cuba. He was trained by the Cuban Writers and Artists National Union in Theory and Workshop Acting Course. He is also a host and scriptwriter for radio, television and live shows. He worked as an actor in two fiction films and several short films and docu-dramas in Havana. Their pictures are in private collections and public institutions such as: House of Commons of Canada (Canadian Parliament) and ESL - LINC (Language School) for newly arrived foreigners in Ottawa, Canada. Armando is preparing his next project commemorating the 150th anniversary of the creation of the Confederation of Canada with an exhibition dedicated to the city of Ottawa to be held in 2017.
