I’m in my raising my kids era and what I need most is TIME with them.. I love and miss my clients and their athletes, it’s been an adjustment for sure slowing down, but it’s what’s best for me and my kids right now. Thanks for hanging in there with me, please don’t hesitate to reach out and say hi.

So with cold and flu season in full swing, it’s inevitably hit our house 🏡😷
Olivia and I have resorted to eating honey right out of the jar. Delicious 😋
(The peanut butter jar hasn’t been safe either -🤷‍♀️we need our protein)

♥️Taking care of myself -I don’t think it has ever been so important as it is right now in my life. Since having our sweet baby boy recovery has been entirely different. It’s slower, more aches and pains, I still struggle to do a lot of things.
🫶I’m back doing regular physio and with a little help from this week, I hope to kick start feeling better from the inside out.
💪Working on feeling MY best so I can be the best for YOUR athletes

Watching you grow up is bittersweet. Forever you’ll be my baby, but you are one incredible spicy little girl and I’m so proud of you.
You’ve got personality for days - sometimes it’s big emotions and temper tantrums, other times it’s the biggest hugs and the wettest kisses. I wouldn’t change a day either direction. You are amazing, keep being you stinker butt 😘

Why is salt important you may ask?! 👇
Mineral support is critical during summer heat. Salt plays a vital role for horses in muscle contraction, nerve impulses and digestion of protein. Because horses lose a large amount of mineral while they sweat, if not replenished, it could create an electrolyte imbalance -which can lead to a whole other list of unwanted problems.
Salt + Water = happy horses.
