We are very excited to be part of a new trial program for lowering the population of unwanted cats and kittens!

Currently it is reserved for barn cats only in our area which happen to be a large source of unwanted kittens every year.

The spay for the female cats will be a significantly reduced price. This program is only offered for one surgical day at this time as the trial is still being explored but if you want more information please contact us at 403-227-4701 and ask about the Barn/Feral cat Spay Program.

Currently the surgical day is Thursday July 14th and there are limited spots but we will be taking on a waiting list if the program is a success.

We DESPERATELY need more foster homes that can support DIABETIC KITTIES and/or cats that need to be the only animal. If you are someone that would be interested in helping a special needs kitty, please reach out - we would love to talk to you!!

It’s really hard to be a kitty looking for a rescue spot right now, to be blunt and honest, when we make a call for special needs cat fosters we are often met with several applications for people interested in helping only small dogs 😔, and not a single application for cat fosters. We really need help for some of these special needs senior cats. Adoption rates for them are significantly slower than any other animal, so they stay in care longer and those special and amazing foster homes that we already have do not open up as quickly.
