🟣🟡SNEAK PEAK🟡🟣

Today we went and looked around our new venue site for our Sept 12-14, 2025 trial!

And it is AMAZING🤯

You definitely DO NOT want to miss this one. Right now we have Judge John Mairs coming. He was the very first judge, in the very first dog sport I ever played, that I ran under. There are going to be some super special things happening!

If entries dictate we will bring in a 2nd judge, and i secretly hope they do 🤞.

Entries will be open mid July to give me plenty of time to plan and get another judge if needed.

There will be on-site camping (tent or tent trailer) or car camping available at no charge 😮.

I cannot wait and I'm already starting to plan search areas, swag, raffles and other fun games for the event! If you have something you want to add please reach out!

⚪️Scenting Seminar⚪️

HD - Scent Detection is in the beginning stages, very beginning stages, of planning a 2-3 day seminar! Presenter will be an SDDA all levels judge.

Looking at October/Novemeber 2025

Limited working and unlimited auditing spots will be available. We will be using the SDDA scents and all levels will be covered!

Let me know in the comments if you'd be interested in attending and what topics you'd like to see touched on!

We are getting all are ducks in row for our upcoming trial (we may need your help finding some stray ones at the venue😉). We have a ton of sponsors for both our swag bags as well as our raffle table! Including a portrait of your pup from a local artist valued at $225 😮

For now I am in the final stages of finishing many awards and placements being given out! Here's a sneak peak of one of the specialty awards.

There ain't no party like an 80's party!

May 2 - 4, 2025 HD Scent Detection is holding our first ever SDDA 2 Judge Trial in Pilot Butte!

There will be prizes. There will be swag bags. There will be awards. There will be cake. There will be a photographer. There will be raffle prizes. There will be oodles and oodles of fun!

It wasn't in the cards to run 4 elites (this time😉) but that frees us up for extra entries for ALL levels! Let's fill this bad boy up!

Entry form and premium will be posted in a couple of months but make sure you save the date now!

Entries opened yesterday for our Sept 20 - 22, 2024 SDDA trial. There is still room on Sunday as well as Friday. If you haven't sent your entries in, get them in as soon as you can!

I have started to send out confirmations of entry for those who have entered already. All should be sent out by tonight.

Pending Sanctioning our 2nd annual no frills, winter blues games trial is happening in 2025!

We are happy to announce new SDDA Judge and teammate Ashley Horan will be cheering for us as we try to find her hides!
