🦵🩼 HI everyone, I just wanted to jump on and update you:
I'm able to walk (with a limp) in short bursts, without crutches, but I need breaks often and can't stand for too long. Rest with heating pad seems to work best, my foot is still typically numb most of the time. I am able to sit in a seated position now, for short periods.
I am not rescheduling clients yet but hoping to be back at the end of September!
Thank you for your patience and understanding, I can't wait to see all of you again.

Hello clients!!
Not so good morning here for me.
I found out some news yesterday in the hospital, in regards of my leg pain. The Dr's are putting me on bed rest for a month (to start). You will be receiving a message from me canceling your appointment.
I'm just heartbroken.
I can't apologize to you enough.
I'm on crutches and starting physiotherapy. I hope this is a speedy recovery.

A few weeks ago my oldest, Diego, had a biopsy completed. Results are cancer.
