When we reach the peak heat of the day (like today 🥵), all the dogs are kept inside, and the air conditioner is pumping throughout the building. Frozen kongs help keep dogs busy inside when it's too hot to be running around.

BIG NEWS!!!

Hello everybody!!
I have some exciting news (and some bad news to follow along) to tell all my friends, family, clients and future clients….
I AM MOVING! Don’t worry I’m not leaving Regina…😉 I will be moving INTO Regina! 🎉

As of August 1st I will be taking over “Groomsters Paradise” location and setting up shop there permanently! That being said I will also be rebranding my name to give a little bit more professionalism to it. 😊(name to come soon)

Unfortunately the bad news… I will no longer be operating the Mobile Bus, due to being a new business owner my mindset is to focus on the new Salon and my new adventure of being a business owner! My shop will still be 1 ON 1 grooming, meaning it is just the dog and I in the room. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for mobile lovers but I hope I will still see you as I will be in the city now! 😃

I am so excited to see what the future holds with this new chapter of my life! The possibilities are endless and I hope you will continue this journey with me! 🐶💗

Whichever gravel road you take to get out to us, be sure to take it slow. After so much rain and not enough sunny days in between, the roads will be squishy and slick.

Our front service road is a mess with this much rain. Until the RM can resolve the Dept of Highways shortcomings when they built the road, the back road is a better option. If you check Google Maps for directions: exit the highway up to the bypass, and use Centre Road to Condie Road, it's not much out of the way to go for a better road.

Some good tips from Lakewood Animal Hospital 😊

As we prep for Summer days and vacations here are some boarding friendly tips and tricks for your pets:

-Call ahead to see what their protocols are in terms of vaccinations, flea and tick prevention
-Contact the clinic to book your pets in for any necessary vaccinations/ refill any medication needed. We can forward your records to the kennel of your choice
- Consider adding in calming supplements for the time of their stay
- Consider doing a meet and greet at the boarding facility to get the vibe and ensure it meets your needs
- Consider calling the clinic to let us know you will be gone and leaving an emergency contact who can make medical decisions for your animals.

“Bath and Tidy” these are perfect for in between grooms, along with being blown out and brushed to prevent healthy hair growth and no MATTING!
It’s also a perfect service for those “low maintenance, short haired” breeds who have little to no shedding, but still helps healthy coat regulation.

HERO - The doodle came in for his first groom with us, he got a bath, blow out, brushing and tidy. Hero’s family does a very good job at brushing him daily to prevent matting.
A big sweetheart, he is 🤗.

OONA - Came in just for bath, blow out, and brushing to maintain her luxurious Shetland coat 😍
