Update to how Pet City License will be purchased and/or renewed for 2025:
Effective Dec 2, 2024 pet licenses will need to be renewed or purchased online at Regina.ca or at the Animal Community Centre (4900 Parliament Ave).
Licenses will no longer be available for purchase/to be renewed at veterinary clinics.

Effective November 26, 2024, City of Regina pet license purchases and renewals will no longer be available through the RHS website.

The change is a result of a new database platform that the City of Regina is launching in December that will not be compatible with how the RHS is able to collect and provide electronic data. Licenses will be available online through the City's new platform once it launches.

Licenses can still be purchased and renewed in person at the Animal Community Centre, 4900 Parliament Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. We encourage you to visit us and the animals for your license as a portion of each license fee paid at the RHS helps support the many programs and services we provide to the animals and people in our community.

If you travel to the U.S. with your pets, there will be new changes starting August 1st!

Starting on August 1, all dogs entering the U.S. (including those that left the U.S. and are returning, and regardless of the country they are coming from) must be:
• healthy upon arrival
• at least 6 months of age
• microchipped
• accompanied by a CDC Dog Import Form receipt and required vaccination and veterinary documents.

Additional requirements may apply depending on where the dog has been in the last 6 months and whether or not the dog was vaccinated in the United States.

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

The clinic will be closed Monday, February 19th for Family Day. If you have an emergency, please contact the 24HR Animal Care Centre at 306-761-1449 or the Small Animal Clinic in Saskatoon at 1-306-966-7126.

Dr. Paul will also be out of clinic Feb 20th-23rd, we will not be taking appointments or surgeries during that time. We will still be open regular hours for any food and prescription pickups. Dr. Paul will be back in clinic Monday, February 26th.
