Currently booking 2 weeks in advance!!

Will be updating my policy on late drop-offs and pick ups as well as no shows soon! Please remember I'm trying to keep appointments calm and stress free. Changes to my schedule can be disruptive. Daycare fees will be applied to late appointments and no shows, if not communicated to me in advance!!

I am willing to work with your schedule, but please remember I have a schedule too. Please let me know in advance if you need to drop pups early or pick up late!

No shows!

I'm not unreasonable. I understand things happen! Please try to give me notice! I can usually fill the space!! Please remember that if I don't work, I don't get paid. If you don't show up at the last minute and give no notice, then I will require a pre-payment before I will be willing to reschedule an appointment. It's not fair to me or reliable clients when people don't show up! I have a lot of dogs that would have taken that spot!

After a lot of subtle hinting, my husband has finally agreed to help me out in the salon! Toby has been helping me bath, brush, and blow dry some of my large breed bath and brush dogs.

Tobys' kind and calm personality is the perfect addition.
He has been a huge help for me to keep things smoothly. We are still trying to figure out the best way to book appointments one on one, with as little interruption as possible. There may be a slight change in the duration of appointment times, but I will let you know in advance as we figure things out!

It's almost spring, and spring is busy season!! Remember to book ahead! I'm usually booked 1-1.5 weeks in advance. During the spring, I anticipate that I may need two weeks' notice for upcoming appointments:)
