Happy two years of owning Mr. Personality. If you know Eclipse well; he has a big heart but an even bigger personality (and opinion). He’s been enjoying most of the year off due to a « unplanned » vacation but is coming back stronger than ever. Just like his brother, he’s a joy to have in the barn and on the school and we couldn’t see the barn without him… it would be to quiet🙄🩵

Happy two years of owning this handsome boy! Guinness has been a great addition to our school over the last two years. From teaching our little ones or taking care of the kids in the dressage ring, he always impresses us 🥰 We love our GG🩵

We would like to offer a warm welcome to our new school pony; Ace of Spades aka Ace!

Ace has a been with us for almost a month and he’s been a wonderful addition! Ace will draw you in with his lovely personality and love for treats and cuddles 💞

With 2023 coming to an end we would like to wish our fabulous clients and friends a wonderful 2024.
This year we accomplished many goals:
Opening the school in January, hosting The Day of the Horse, our home show, our two weeks of camp, our riders completing their rider levels, and our first show season.
We would like to thank all our clients for believing in us and watching our school grow.

Alors que 2023 tire à sa fin, nous aimerions souhaiter à nos fabuleux clients et amis une merveilleuse année 2024. Cette année, nous avons accompli de nombreux objectifs : l'ouverture de l'école d'équitation en janvier, l'organisation de la Journée du Cheval, notre compétition maison, nos deux semaines de camps d'été, nos étudiants ayant réussi leurs niveaux de cavaliers et notre première saison de compétition. Nous tenons à remercier tous nos clients pour avoir cru en nous et avoir vu notre école grandir. Bonne année et meilleurs vœux pour 2024 ! 🥂🐴

Meet Serenity’s Hold my Beer

Affectionately known as Guinness. A year ago, we took a chance on him through a Kijiji ad, not quite knowing what to expect. Upon meeting him, his gentle nature and laid-back personality instantly won us over. Guinness moves at his own pace, especially if food isn't involved! Initially reserved, he gradually opened up at home, becoming an integral part of our program. Now, a year later, Guinness reigns as the barn's beloved leader, excelling in dressage and small jumps (though not swiftly).
We're thrilled to watch him shine in the dressage ring next year alongside our young riders!

Where are they now; exactly one year later

Serenity’s Solar Eclipse

When buying a horse; people always say to make sure the horse is healthy, sound and if it has problems to avoid it. Well we didn’t listen!

When we went to see Guinness, the owner of the barn brought Eclipse to our attention; not knowing much about him other than he was 9, had little training and sat in a field for 5 years. When you looked at Eclipse he was the opposite of what we were looking for; green, skinny, not 100% sound; but he had a heart of gold and tried his heart out when we tried him.

After much discussion we decided to take him because he was a diamond in the rough. And our clients probably thought we were crazy. But this sweet boy won people over in seconds.
Here we are a year later with a true success story; he’s put on a healthy amount of weight, is finally sound due to our amazing vet (his favorite person) and our farrier, went out to do a dressage show this summer with two kids, and is happily teaching kids the ropes. We’re excited to see what the future holds for this guy❤️

Serenity Equestrian Center has 2 last minute spots that have opened up for summer camp the week of July 3-7!
We offer a safe and horse filled day with : riding lessons for the week, arts and crafts, and water games. Both of our coaches are Equestrian Canada licensed.
Camp is from 9-4 but offer early drop off and late pick up.
For the week it is 410$!

Le centre équestre Serenity tient à remercier tous ceux qui sont venus aujourd'hui pour visiter notre écurie et nos chevaux pour la Journée du cheval!! Nous avons apprécié rencontrer tout le monde et de nous faire de nouveaux amis! Nous aimerions également dire un grand merci aux organisateurs de l'événement d'aujourd'hui pour tout leur travail pour rendre cette journée possible. 💕🐴
