No you’re not seeing double, I had TWO cockapoos here today for haircuts…both look ADORABLE! Chip (morning) and Bagel (afternoon)! 😍❤️ need to make up for the fact that the shop will be closed for a week and a half for personal time! Not until Friday though! Still lots more grooming to look forward to before that ❤️

So I thought I’d post this video, it was originally just to show his mom how I handle him in the bath, but I thought some people might like to see. Arlo here has a severe aversion to the bathtub/getting a bath. He’s been this way since he was little. He literally fights like you’re trying to kill him, and that’s probably what he thinks. It took me about 5 minutes calming him down before I was able to turn on the water and another few minutes before I touched him with it. Patience is the key! I want him to learn that the bathtub will NOT kill him! He does not have to like it, but he does have to tolerate it. Made definite progress today, keep up the good work Arlo!! ❤️❤️

This is the result of positive training and reinforcement. Grooming doesn’t have to be torture, they can learn to love it ❤️ Dandy is 6 months old and she knows when she goes on that table good things happen (treats treats treats lol). She’s a star ⭐️🌟✨
