Rej started riding and competing Western but was soon determined to make her passion for horses into her life’s work. Dedicated to continuous learning, she graduated from an Equine Program in Saskatchewan certified as a Western Coach 1 and English Instructor and began working locally as a riding instructor at the Horse People in Wendover, ON. Getting valuable on the ground experience, she worked a

s a rider/trainer in Alberta and then in Germany. By 2009, she was looking to further her education and completed the Westphalian Riding and Driving School training program in Munster, Germany. Upon returning to Ottawa, she became the Head Coach of Forest Hill Stables. In 2012, her dreams became reality and RS Equestrian was born, a boarding barn that is dedicated to providing quality horse care and quality coaching. Rej continues to be coached by Kerstin Blaeskie, her long standing coach and mentor.
