*notice for all appointments coming before the water advisory is lifted*

Hello, Friends!! So just to touch base about the boil water advisory.
I got in contact with the vet in West Lorne this morning and they said in terms of dogs, bottled water for drinking only but bathing with our municipal supply is safe. Although I wholeheartedly trust their word! I’m thinking in the back of my head, I have to thoroughly wash around your dogs face & mouths. it’s never a guarantee even with a dog just being a dog that water won’t be ingested.
So! With that said, a vet has cleared it with me that bathing is fine.. appointments will stay in the schedule as planned on my end but I want everyone to know, there will be no hard feelings or penalties for keeping your pets at home if you choose to do so. I understand the concern, we don’t know what exactly has contaminated the water.

Bonsai & I survived the T.O Grooming Show 😅😂 we were definitely no sweat off our competitors back as the talent in that ring was indescribable BUT! We got an amazing critique & we’re so inspired by the work we saw today 😍
Next year we’re coming back with a firecracker under our butts 🔥✂️

I’m so excited to announce that I’ve brought a small collection of collars into the store. (Another woman owned business, too! Woo!!!)
I bought my first dog one of Tara’s collars back in 2016-17 & he wore it everyday. Austin’s no longer here, but you can bet that collar still is! In good working order, too. There’s nothing like buying local, handmade items that are also built to last 💪

****UPDATE*** Home safe!!!!

Friends in Dutton/Surrounding areas, keep your eyes peeled for this little man. He’s probably scared and doesn’t have the best eyesight so look under your porches & bushes!! If spotted he’ll likely startle easy so don’t chase him & call 226 927 2858.
If he is found in Rodney & owners cannot be contacted , I’m just down the street from the salon. Call 519 868 4751 & we’ll make sure he gets home safe!!
