**PLEASE READ ALL CLIENTS**

Just an update for everyone during this confusing time. We have been receiving many calls and emails regarding our operations in the past few days. We have been doing our best to consult all available information and resources to determine the best practice to keep everyone safe.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation and understanding regarding the following changes:

1) As always we will continue to offer 24 hour/day emergency services - please continue to call us for anything you consider urgent HOWEVER we will not be scheduling any routine/wellness appointments from now until Monday April 6. This date may be extended depending on conditions.

2) We ask that anyone planning to come in to the clinic for meds/supplies call ahead (613-445-3521) to arrange pick up/payment. We will not be accepting cash payments during this time. The clinic doors will be locked and you will not be permitted to enter the building. The vestibule will be equipped with alcohol spray for disinfection purposes.

3) If anyone is feeling under the weather or has travelled out of the country in the past 3 weeks PLEASE do not come to the clinic. We are calling all appointments ahead of time to screen for any potential issues. Please be honest and forthcoming in this regard.

4) We ask that during any scheduled appointment only one person is present with the patient and that everyone does their best to ensure personal space is respected.

Calls and emails will be answered as usual. Wishing everyone the best over the next few weeks - stay safe!! ❤️
