A reminder to our clients from Sackville and Dorchester area that the 2025 dog tags are available at the Municipal Office and are due by the 31st of March. You will need to provide proof they are up to date with their rabies vaccine which will be included in your vaccine certificate on your file (here or at your home) from your last Annual Wellness Exam. Tags issued after March 31st will have an additional $20 fee.

This Monday, February 17th, 2025 the Tantramar Veterinary Hospital will be closed for Family Day. We will return the 18th at 9am.

If you have an emergency please call your local Emergency Veterinary Hospital directly for assistance or call us and hit # 1 to be transferred to the Amherst Veterinary Hospital.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you have a wonderful Family Day!

A female red, ridgeback/Shepard mix adult dog was brought in to us after being found around Royal Rd in Memramcook.
She is unhappy with us and we would really like to get her home.

Please note, we don't handle adoptions of animals who are not claimed. We are looking for her current home.

Happy Holidays from your team at the Tantramar Veterinary Hospital!!

Over the holiday season we will have the following changes to our schedule:
December 24th we will be closing early at 2PM
December 25th and 26th we will be Closed
December 27th and 30th we will be open our regular hours (9am-12pm and 1pm-5:30pm)
December 31st we will be closing early at 2PM
January 1st we will be Closed
January 2nd we will return to our regular hours (9am-12pm and 1pm-5:30pm)

Please take a look at your medications, supplements and food and contact us if you need anything ordered to get you through to after the New Year.

Who's ready to run into Friday?!!?

Handsome Murphy is looking forward to the long weekend, and we are too! We are closed, Labor Day, Sept. 4th, and back in the office Sept. 5th at 9am. Please let us know if you need any meds or food before the weekend. Happy Labor Day!!

What better way to spend a Friday..... and your birthday than playing with puppies!!! What are your plans this weekend?

Our lucky day!! These two 11 week old cuties came to visit!! Any guesses on the breed?? It is a very old breed, known for their distinct personalities, and many of them love water🐈
