This was the best thing I have ever done to improve my riding!

I had a rider accessment done by a biomechanics proffesional .com

This is how I used to sit in myon my horse

I was always falling off to the right not any more (that was with years of lessons😪)

Now I am doing off horse .and daily and my toes,.knees and hips all point forward and I am in the middle of my horse!!

Who says you can't teach an old "horse" new tricks? I am now using my seat.to influence my horses movement.
