Let’s talk about our aging dogs! Atlas is entering his senior years and is showing signs of being stiff and sore. After a check in with my vet it was agreed upon I would have Atlas visit the Canine Conditioning Centre. Atlas is now enrolled in the senior plan which includes laser treatments that target his problem areas. I also am grateful to have exercises I can work on at home with him that will allow me to maintain his overall long-term health. Just as we age and benefit from physiotherapy and different forms of treatments, our dogs can definitely benefit as well. It also helps having a well trained dog that I can easily bring in to a new facility and have the treatments successfully completed that Atlas requires! Atlas is calm and follows my direction throughout the visit…and I don’t need to bribe or load him up with treats to get his compliance! Atlas is always thrilled to follow my lead…just look at how he looks at me!
