The Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre is Niagara's first and only full service canine physical ther Canine Rehab and Keri Evers, DVM, CCRP.

The Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre was founded by Barbara Lee, PT, MCPA, Dip. Our goal is to provide physical therapy for dogs and cats recovering from injuries, neurologic conditions and prolonged illnesses as well as those suffering from arthritis/degenerative joint diseases and obesity. We will also create conditioning programs for working and sporting dogs or anyone who wants to keep their pets fit and healthy. The Centre allows dogs to exercise year round, regardless of the weather.

A big round of a-paws for Crow! This 5-year-old Samoyed has been on an incredible journey with us since June, following her first CCL surgery on her right leg. After a second surgery on her left CCL in August, Crow worked hard through laser therapy, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and a dedicated at-home exercise program to strengthen her recovery. Yesterday, she graduated from our rehab program, and today, she’s celebrating her 5th birthday!

We’re so proud of you, Crow, for your resilience and determination. Here’s to more tail wags and happy, healthy adventures!

Poppy is a sweet 1-year-old Scottish Terrier Mix who comes to the Centre for specialized treatments to help with pain and hypersensitivity in her left hind leg caused by nerve issues. Her therapists use a combination of scar tissue massage, neurodynamic stretches, manual therapy, laser therapy, and laser acupuncture to keep Poppy feeling her best. Meet Kevin, a brave 3-year-old French Bulldog! Kevin started coming to our center in August after undergoing surgery for intervertebral disc disease, where a herniated disc was pressing on his spine. Thanks to his surgery and ongoing rehab, he's doing so much better now! The biggest challenge for Kevin these days? Staying calm! The canine treadmill has become his best friend, providing short, controlled walks that keep his recovery on track. This week, she was fitted with her custom Walkin' Pets wheelchair, and the results were heartwarming. Casper came to the Centre following a rare form of IVDE that left his left front limb paralyzed. At that time, he couldn’t walk, but look at him now!
