No-shows and cancellations have been a common occurrence lately. This is a friendly REMINDER! Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation/reschedule is a 50% fee of the groom. If the appointment is missed entirely without notice the fee is 100% of the missed grooming appointment. This applies to everyone. Every last minute cancellation or no-show effects us financially. Us girls got bills to pay too! Your understanding of this policy is important.

I am excited announce that Mutt Cuts Pet Grooming is moving to a bright and beautiful new location!

I will now be taking appointments from Lady Luck Grooming Salon in Saint John

All pre booked appointment times will remain the same. I understand this location may be a bit further than some may be willing to travel to and I understand if you wish to find a groomer closer to home. Please let me know so I can remove your appointment from my schedule.

Please note due to inflation prices I will be adjusting accordingly with a $5 price increase for 2023

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I’m very excited for this new move and am positive that you and your pets will love this new salon as well.

Hey everyone!

As the busy holiday season is upon us, there are a few things we ask of you…

1 - Please be ON TIME for your appointment
2- ONE client at a time in the salon
3- DO NOT open gate
4- Please wait for our call/text BEFORE showing up for pick-up

And lastly, PLEASE be patient with us….we’re EXTREMELY busy this time of year!

Also….to reduce stress/chaos and provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, each grooming station is now equipped with wall ties for the dogs. This will eliminate dogs being overwhelmed at drop-off/pick-up. For the pups who wish to make friends and play, our designated play area will be ready for them!

Amelia prefers medium to large breeds but won’t shy away from smaller breeds with a simpler trim (for now) She has 7 month of experience and is still learning!
