***ATTENTION ….ATTENTION****
We have some exciting news, The K9 Lounge is moving to a brand new location!!!!Don’t worry it is right across the street from our space now on my personal property. As we no longer do daycare we find we don’t need all the space and we are smaller now with less groomers. We will still have an outside area for the dogs for washroom breaks and such. We are hoping to move to new location by June 1st but will let everyone know befor their scheduled appointments. It is a small location so drop off and pick up times will need to be on schedule other than that we are excited and can’t wait to have everything new!!! Same great girls only new space. Also we just won St Thomas best groomer for the 2nd year in a row so we are very thrilled about that we hope to keep up with this in the following years.
Please be patient and we will reach out to let everyone know when we have moved across the street to the new shop! Thank you to all our wonderful clients who trust in us to groom your dogs!!!

I would like to introduce Kaitlin to this crazy world at The K9 Lounge.
Kaitlin is accepting new clients and is working full days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We are not sure what tomorrow will bring with the boil water advisory, but if this is still the same tomorrow all grooming appointments for Friday February 21st will be cancelled and we will reach out to reschedule. So sorry for the inconvenience but it has been advised by a veterinarian it is not safe for dogs to be bathed in water that is contaminated. We will call to let our clients know if their appointment will be cancelled.

We will be reaching out to everyone today unfortunately we will be closing down. We would not want anybody’s Pups to be sick due to a bacteria in the water plus the shop has no water pressure. If you have an appointment today, you will hear from us to reschedule so sorry for the inconvenience.
