CE CHAT EST AU REFUGE/THIS CAT IS AT THE SHELTER

BANDIT est un superbe garçon au ravissant pelage lustré aux teintes gris-argenté & noir marbré et avec de magnifiques yeux lumineux et inquisiteurs. Grand et athlétique, notre beau gaillard aura 4 ans en juillet 2025. BANDIT est un chat de race Bengale, toutefois, nous ne possédons pas de papiers officiels pour le confirmer.

BANDIT nous a été confié au refuge à la mi-avril; suite à des problèmes de propreté occasionnels, son ancienne famille a choisi de s'en séparer.

Au refuge, nous constatons que BANDIT est plutôt triste et nerveux, le pauvre prend difficilement son abandon. Pour le moment, il est gardé dans une cage et non dans la salle avec les autres chats attendant leur adoption, ayant une nourriture particulière pour le maintenir en bonne santé et parce qu'il n'est pas très confortable à côtoyer d'autres félins.

Le gentil minet a un grand besoin de compagnie et désire créer un lien affectif très fort avec ses humains. Cet élégant gentleman adore être flatté, caressé et bécoté. On peut même lui flatter le bedon et il commence alors à ronronner et à vous lécher les doigts mais il peut ensuite vous mordiller légèrement la main. Le laisser seul pour de longues périodes lui est pénible. Ainsi, les adoptants de BANDIT devront être présent et interagir souvent avec lui et lui proposer des activités et jeux adaptés pour canaliser son énergie et pour éviter qu'il s'ennuie trop.

L'époustouflant BANDIT est curieux, agile et actif; le bellâtre se fourre le nez partout et veut toujours savoir ce qui se passe autour de lui. Comme BANDIT aime grimper, il aura besoin d'un grand arbre à chat avec quelques plateformes afin qu'il puisse s'y amuser et observer la nature et voir ce qui se passe dehors. Monsieur se plaira dans un environnement chaleureux et stimulant, et suffisamment spacieux pour qu'il puisse se dépenser. BANDIT était un chat exclusivement d'intérieur dans le passé, mais comme la plupart des Bengales sont de grands explorateurs, il faudra quand même surveiller portes et fenêtres pour éviter les fuites/escapades non-désirées. Certains adoptants propose à leur chat un enclos extérieur ou l’habitue à marcher avec un harnais et une laisse pour un maximum de stimuli dans un cadre sécuritaire.

BANDIT a toujours beaucoup de choses à vous raconter mais il n'est pas très vocal, du moins pas pour un Bengale. Une fois que votre bien-aimé vous connaît et vous fait confiance, vous aurez de vraies belles conversations ensemble :) BANDIT est hautement intelligent et sait exactement comment faire pour obtenir ce qu'il veut et sait aussi comment exprimer son désaccord avec une situation. Ses espiègleries et ses petits jeux vous amuseront pendant des heures.

BANDIT étant un peu anxieux, le beau bonhomme serait plus heureux dans un foyer sans jeunes enfants. BANDIT s'épanouira pleinement comme seul animal de compagnie à la maison car il semble avoir peur quand un chat est proche de lui et les jappements et les mouvements abruptes des chiens, lui occasionneraient trop de stress.

Le ravissant BANDIT est un être attendrissant et extraverti qui a besoin de VOUS ! BANDIT is a gorgeous boy with a beautiful lustrous marbled silvery-grey & black coat and magnificent luminous and inquisitive eyes. Tall and athletic, our handsome hunk will turn 4 years old in July 2025. BANDIT is a Bengal cat , however we don't have the official papers confirming it.

BANDIT was brought to us mid-April by his former family who decided to give him away because of occasional out-of-litter box issues.

At the shelter, BANDIT is quite sad and nervous, the poor chap is upset to have been abandoned. He is being kept in a cage for the moment instead of being put in the common room with the other cats awaiting their adoption, as he is eating a particular food that is recommended to maintain good health and also because he is not comfortable being around other felines.

The friendly kitty craves companionship and wants to create a very strong emotional bond with his humans. This elegant gentleman adores to be pet, caressed & kissed. We can even pet his tummy and he will start to purr and to lick your fingers, but he can also nibble your fingers lightly. Leaving him alone for extended periods of time would be distressing to him. BANDIT's adopters will thus need to be present and interact with him often and provide him with activities and games to help properly channel his energy and to avoid him from getting too bored.

Dazzling BANDIT is active, agile and curious. The cutie pie is always poking his nose everywhere and wanting to see what’s going on. As BANDIT loves to climb, he will need a tall cat tree with various platforms so he can entertain himself and observe nature or what's happening outdoors. Our furry fellow will be happiest in a welcoming & stimulating household which is spacious enough as he needs to have room to exercise. BANDIT was an exclusively indoor cat before but like most Bengals love to explore, you will need to check doors and windows to avoid unwanted escapades. Some adopters provide their cats with access to an outdoor enclosure or train them to walk using a harness & leash for maximum stimuli, in a secure environment.

BANDIT always has a lot to say but he is not really very vocal, at least not for a Bengal. Once your sweetheart knows and trusts you, you will be able to have real nice conversations together :) BANDIT is highly intelligent and he knows exactly how to get what he wants and knows how to express his disagreement when something bothers him. His silly antics and little games will keep you entertained for hours.

BANDIT being a tad anxious by nature, our lovely boy would be happier in a home without young children. BANDIT would also prefer to be the only pet in the home as he seems to be scared when another cat approaches him or when dogs bark and move abruptly; he needs a low-stress place to live.

LUCY est une adorable ch**te au pelage tuxedo, super doux et luxuriant. Avec ses belles formes rondes, son joli nez noir en forme de cœur et ses grands yeux dorés qui expriment tout son désarroi face aux grands bouleversements des dernières semaines, cette merveilleuse minette a de quoi vous enchanter à la première rencontre !

La pauvre a été tristement abandonnée au refuge mi-avril, en raison d'allergies du nouveau conjoint :( Nous souhaitons ardemment trouver un bon foyer à LUCY, afin qu'elle puisse être aimée et gâtée à profusion, comme elle le mérite.

Cette aimable damoiselle aura 5 ans en mai 2025 et est en excellente santé. Ch**te d'intérieur, LUCY est modérément active et aime bien être près d'une fenêtre pour regarder la nature et les oiseaux. LUCY est un peu gourmande et adore déguster les gâteries que vous lui offrez; il faudra toutefois surveiller les quantités mangées pour éviter l'embonpoint.

L'attendrissante LUCY est gentille et sociable mais l'environnement bruyant du refuge la rend plutôt nerveuse. Dans un contexte plus serein et convivial (hors du refuge) et avec beaucoup d'amour de ses adoptants, elle pourra enfin se détendre et son incroyablement agréable nature pourra s'exprimer pleinement. Minette très tendre et affectueuse, ce bijou de ch**te apprécie énormément la présence des gens et elle vient vers vous pour recevoir de doux câlins et des bisous, cherchant un peu de réconfort. Quand on la flatte, la charmante cocotte donne des petits coups de tête pour vous encourager à continuer et se frotte langoureusement contre vous. Lorsque vous êtes assis pour relaxer, LUCY viendra se reposer sur vos genoux et se mettra à ronronner tout bas; on peut aussi la prendre dans nos bras mais elle n'y reste que quelques instants.

Nous recherchons des adoptants bienveillants et chaleureux qui peuvent offrir un foyer accueillant à LUCY. Habituée comme seul animal de compagnie de la maisonnée, la superbe damoiselle serait plus heureuse de se retrouver à nouveau dans la même situation mais selon son ancienne maman, la délicieuse damoiselle a été mise en contact par le passé avec des enfants ainsi que d'autres chats et cela se passait bien. Puisqu'elle est amicale, douce et tolérante, la charmante LUCY pourrait donc vivre auprès de grands enfants (8 ans et plus) s'ils sont respectueux des animaux et un autre chat non-dominant. Confiante et allumée quand elle n'est pas confrontée à des sources de stress, la mignonne devrait s'acclimater assez rapidement à sa nouvelle demeure et s'épanouir auprès de sa nouvelle famille. S'il y a un autre félin dans la demeure, pensez à offrir à LUCY une période d'intégration tout de même pour assurer une cohabitation réussie.

LUCY is an adorable kitty with a super soft and plush tuxedo coat. With her lovely round shape, her cute heart-shaped black nose and her striking golden eyes which express the distress she has experienced in the past weeks, this wonderful sweetie will undoubtedly enchant you as soon as you meet her !

The poor girl was sadly abandoned at the shelter mid-April because of the new spouse's allergies :( We ardently wish to find LUCY a good home where she will be truly loved and cherished as she deserves to be.

This lovable damsel will turn 5 years old in May 2025 and is in excellent health. As an indoor cat, LUCY is moderately active and likes to lie near a window to observe nature and the birds. LUCY loves savory treats but she is prone to weight gain so you will need to monitor quantities eaten.

Endearing LUCY is friendly and sociable but the noisy environment at the shelter makes her quite nervous. In a more serene and peaceful setting (outside of the shelter) and with lots of love from her humans, she will be able to relax and her incredibly pleasant nature will shine and express itself fully. Very affectionate and tender, this gem of a kitty thoroughly enjoys the presence of people and she will come to you to receive cuddles and kisses as she seeks reassurance and comforting. When you pet her, she will give you little head bumps to encourage you to continue and will brush against you fetchingly. When you sit down to relax, LUCY will come lay on your lap and will start to purr softly ; you can pick her up easily but she will also rest in your arms for a few moments.

We are looking for caring and kind adopters who can offer LUCY a welcoming home. She is used to being the only pet in the household, so our delightful darling would be happiest in a similar setting. However, her previous cat mom told us that she was in contact with children and other cats in the past and things went well. As she is friendly, gentle and tolerant, LUCY could live with older children (8 years old or more) who are respectful of animals and with another non-dominant cat. Confident and perky when she is not confronted by stressful events, the sweetheart should acclimate quite quickly to her new surroundings and blossom with her new family. If there is another feline, do plan to offer LUCY an integration period to ensure a successful cohabitation.

ZORRO est un séduisant jeune homme, haut sur pattes et élancé qui est âgé d'environ 3 ans, en excellente santé et dégriffé aux 4 pattes. Il est vraiment admirable avec son élégant pelage noir et blanc, sa belle tête souriante, agrémentée d'un adorable petite nez rose-bonbon et de superbes yeux jaunes étincelants et...très ronds. Il est plutôt rigolo avec son regard rempli de curiosité qui lui donne un air ébahi et étonné à la fois. Monsieur saura vous enchanter au premier coup d'oeil !

ZORRO a été emmené au refuge au début avril parce que son humain a développé de très graves allergies qui le rendait presqu'aveugle. Chat exclusivement d'intérieur, ZORRO était habitué de vivre avec une personne seule calme et tranquille, dans un appartement sans enfants et sans animaux. Nous souhaitons qu'il puisse retrouver un environnement similaire pour pouvoir s'épanouir pleinement.

ZORRO est un minet très aimable et affectueux, mais légèrement timide aux premiers abords. Possédant un tempérament doux et agréable avec les gens, il est modérément actif. Comme notre gentleman poilu est encore nerveux et stressé au refuge, il se tient juché sur la tablette de sa cage, d'où il se sent en sécurité. Chaque fois que nous sortons ZORRO de la cage, il se promène quelques instants et ensuite se cherche un endroit pour se cacher. Pris de panique, le pauvre demande à retourner dans son cocon. Dans sa nouvelle demeure, il aura besoin de temps pour s'acclimater mais ZORRO appréciera avoir son propre arbre à chat avec différents étages, installé près d'une grande fenêtre pour pouvoir observer à l'extérieur et regarder les oiseaux pour se divertir.

ZORRO accepte avec grand plaisir vos caresses. Quand il vous connaît un peu mieux, le charmant garçon se tortille de bonheur quand vous le cajolez et il vous lèche les doigts. Il vous laisse même flatter son bedon mais ce bellâtre peut mordiller légèrement lorsqu'il est surexcité mais il n'a pas une once de malice. Quand vous lui offrez des gâteries, ZORRO les déguste et cligne des yeux pour vous remercier. Ce splendide félin est peu vocal. Une fois complètement à l'aise dans sa future demeure, ZORRO commencera réellement relaxer et vous pourrez alors découvrir toutes les facettes de son attachante personnalité.

ZORRO se réjouira de faire partie d'un foyer ou habite une ou des personnes attentionnées et bienveillantes qui interagiront régulièrement avec ce merveilleux minet. Ce trésor a déjà côtoyer des chiens par le passé mais il n'a jamais cohabité avec d'autres chats alors si vous en avez déjà un, il lui faudra des introductions graduelles pour minimiser les situations stressantes. ZORRO n'apprécie guère les endroits bruyants et les mouvements brusques autour de lui ainsi, une maisonnée sans jeunes enfants serait certainement préférable pour assurer son bien-être.

Le magnifique ZORRO a vraiment tout pour plaire et il mérite une belle vie avec des gens qui vont l'aimer et le dorloter à profusion. En retour, ZORRO vous sera à jamais reconnaissant.

ZORRO is a handsome young man, tall and lean, about 3 years old, in excellent health and declawed on all four paws. He is quite attractive with his elegant black & white coat, lovely smiling face adorned with an adorable candy-pink nose and superb sparkling yellow eyes...which are also very round. When he sees something or someone, our curious boy looks amazed and astonished at the same time, which is so endearing. Our sweet fellow will enchant you instantly !

ZORRO brought to the shelter in early April as his human developed serious allergies that were making him go blind. As an exclusively indoor cat, ZORRO was used to living with a single calm and tranquil person, in an apartment without other animals or any children. We hope he can find a similar environment so he can truly blossom.

ZORRO is a very amiable and affectionate kitty who can be slightly timid at the onset. Possessing a gentle and pleasant nature with people, he is also moderately active. As our furry gentleman is still nervous and stressed out at the shelter, he is mostly found lying on the shelf in his cage, where he feels safe. Each time we let ZORRO out of the cage, he will walk around a few minutes but will then try to find a hiding spot. Easily panicked, the poor lad asks to be returned to his cocoon. In his new home, ZORRO will appreciate having his own multi-level cat tree placed near a large window, so he can observe what's going on outside and birdwatch to stay entertained.

ZORRO accepts with great pleasure your caresses. When he knows you a bit better, the big boy will twist with delight when you cuddle him and will lick your fingers. He will even let you pet his belly, as he doesn't have a mean bone in his body but may nibble your fingers when he gets overexcited. ZORRO happily devours the tasty treats you offer him and will blink lovingly to thank you. This splendid feline is quiet at the shelter. Once he is completely comfortable in his future dwellings, ZORRO will be able to really relax and you will then be able to discover all the facets of his charming personality.

ZORRO would be thrilled to be part of household with an attentive and caring person or people who will interact regularly with this marvellous kitty. This precious chap has been in contact with dogs in the past but has never cohabitated with other cats, so if you already have one, he will need gradual introductions in order to minimize stressful situations. ZORRO dislikes noisy places and abrupt movements around him so for his wellbeing, it would certainly be preferable for him to live in a home without young children.

Magnificent ZORRO is a real gem of a cat and he deserves a great life with people who will love him and cherish him unconditionally. In return, ZORRO will be forever grateful you chose him.

ZAZOU # 10305

ZAZOU est un adorable chaton, âgé d'environ 6 mois et qui est en très bonne santé. Avec son joli pelage gris et blanc, son petit nez rigolo mi-gris, mi-rose et ses superbes yeux verts remplis de tendresse et de naiveté, il saura vous enchanter au premier coup d'oeil !

ZAZOU a été emmené au refuge à la fin mars après avoir été trouvé errant près de bâtiments commerciaux. Nous remercions la personne charitable qui a pris le temps d'aller le secourir car le petit coeur n'aurait pas survécu longtemps sans nourriture et de surcroît avec beaucoup de circulation automobile tout autour de lui...

A son arrivée, ZAZOU était pétrifié mais le mignon a rapidement compris qu'il était en sécurité avec nous et s'est laissé caresser et cajoler dès le lendemain. Malgré ses débuts difficiles et traumatisants, nous découvrons un minet aimable et affectueux, au tempérament doux mais un tantinet timide aux premiers abords.

ZAZOU n'a pas encore été placé dans la salle commune ou vivent une vingtaine de chats attendant leur adoption, car il a eu des épisodes de diarrhée mais il est maintenant bien rétabli. Ainsi, le petit ange gris est peu vocal et patient dans sa cage. Quand on le laisse sortir, ZAZOU est très curieux et veut explorer autour de lui mais il demeure néanmoins très prudent et un peu craintif, ce qui est assez normal vu son passé. Dans sa nouvelle demeure, il appréciera avoir son propre arbre à chat installé près d'une grande fenêtre pour pouvoir observer à l'extérieur.

Comme il est encore nerveux pour le moment, ZAZOU n'aime pas trop être pris dans les bras...mais si vous l'approcher gentiment, il adore vos caresses et vos bécots et ronronne de plaisir. Quand il vous connaît un peu mieux, le gentil garçon vous laisse flatter son bedon car il n'a pas une once de malice. Quand vous lui offrez des gâteries, il les déguste et cligne des yeux pour vous remercier.

Maintenant un chat exclusivement d'intérieur, ZAZOU se réjouira de faire partie d'un foyer ou habite des personnes bienveillantes qui interagiront régulièrement avec ce merveilleux rescapé. ZAZOU peut cohabiter avec des grands enfants pas trop actifs et surtout respectueux des animaux. Ce précieux trésor peut vivre avec d'autres chats amicaux et non-dominants mais il lui faudra des introductions graduelles pour minimiser les situations stressantes.

L'attachant ZAZOU a tout pour plaire et il mérite une belle et longue vie avec des gens qui vont l'aimer et le dorloter à profusion. En retour, ZAZOU vous sera à jamais reconnaissant.

ZAZOU is an adorable kitten, about 6 months old and who is in very good health. With his attractive grey & white coat, his cute little half-grey, half-pink nose and those superb green eyes filled with naiveté and tenderness, he will enchant you instantly !

ZAZOU was brought to the shelter at the end of March after being spotted next to commercial buildings. We thanks the kind person who took the time to go save him as the sweetie would not have survive much longer without food and especially with the heavy traffic all around him...

Upon his arrival, ZAZOU was petrified but the cutie pie quickly understood that he was safe with us and he let us caress and cuddle him the next day. Although he had a difficult and traumatic start to his life, we are discovering a lovable and affectionate kitty, with a gentle nature; he's slightly timid at the onset though.

ZAZOU has not yet been transferred to the common room where some twenty other cats live while awaiting their adoption, as he had a few episodes of diarrhea but he has now fully recovered. Therefore, our tiny grey angel is quiet and patient in his cage. When we let him out, ZAZOU is very curious and wants to explore his surroundings but he remains very prudent and a bit afraid, which is quite normal in light of his past. In his new home, he will appreciate having his own cat tree placed near a large window, so he can observe what is going on outside.

As he is still nervous at the moment, ZAZOU doesn't like being held in your arms but if you approach him gently, he adores your caresses and cuddles and will start to purr with delight. When he knows you a bit better, the nice boy will even let you pet his belly as he doesn't have an ounce of malice. He happily devours the tasty treats you offer him and will blink sweetly to thank you.

Now that he is an exclusively indoor cat, ZAZOU is hoping to be part of household with caring people who will interact regularly with the marvellous rescue. ZAZOU can cohabitate with older children who are not too active and mor importantly respectful of animals. This precious treasure can also live with other friendly and non-dominant cats but he will need gradual introductions in order to minimize stressful situations.

Endearing ZAZOU is such a pleasant kitty and he deserves a long & great life with people who will love him and cherish him unconditionally. In return, ZAZOU will be forever grateful you chose him.
