Sorry this is so long winded but I wanted to share my bsfl routine with you guys because not everyone even knows to feed them or how to clean them etc I hope this was maybe helpful lol
With the amount of spiders I have and how many love their flies, I just always have cups of them on hand and a rotation of flies and larvae. 🐛
