Our fundraising events have come to an end for 2024! We wanted to extend our appreciation for all of your support, all the post shares and the participation in our auctions, photoshoots, tie-dye shirt sales, etc. Thank you so very much!

When we take on a pet, we ensure the dog or cat is fully vetted including spay or neuter, microchip, full vaccinations are up to date and any other procedures specific to each animal which may include dental work (extractions/cleaning), bloodwork, tests like heartworm +/- and Lyme disease testing, medications, etc.

Our average cost of vetting a young, healthy kitten with no medical issues is $850.00
Our average cost of vetting a young, healthy puppy with no medical issues is $1200.00
Obviously, our adoption fees are a lot less, making it affordable to adopt a healthy pet, which is why our fundraising efforts are SO VERY IMPORTANT.

We are a registered not-for-profit corporation that is recognized by the CRA as a charity, means that if you decide to make a monetary contribution, we can issue you a tax receipt ( #753327618).

We use Zeffy – a platform specific to not-for-profits so we receive 100% of your donation, there are no fees to us.

We now have CRA designated 'CHARITABLE STATUS', which means that with every donation, we can give a taxable donation receipt!! .

We have the ability to help this little one, named Phoebe - IF we can find a foster to adopt home.

Phoebe is a Cane Corso/Boxer and is approximately 3 months old.

**All vetting will be done under the rescue**
Adoption fee:$850

Phoebe will require a home with a fully fenced in yard, no small children under 6, a family with previous dog experience and live within a 50km radius of the Grey/Bruce area.

2 adoptable dogs searching for their forever homes!

Teddy - an adult Pug/Bulldog that has a very high energy drive but is super loving and walks great on a leash!
He is wonderful with kids - over 6 years old as Teddy is small but mighty and fast!

Patchouli - and 8.5 month old Great Pyrenees/Border Collie that is super sweet, amazing with dogs of all sizes and breeds. He is very submissive and requires another dog/dogs to feel comfortable and get his exercise needs met.

Both dogs require a fully fenced in yard and both dogs have been fully vetted including neuter, vaccinations, microchip.

$850 adoption fee includes everything you need - crate, bed, collars, harness, leash, foodstand, bowls, toys, treats, bag of food.

We have THE BEST news....Barb has left the building!!
That's right, after over a year in rescue Barb has found her forever home!!
So thankful that her new family has patience and taking it slow with introductions to their cat, Pirate. They are committed to making their home, Barb's forever home 😃.

8 months old , Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix

Super submissive personality and gets along great with every shape, size, breed & personality of dog. Attends dog daycare on a regular basis to continue his social skills and to keep up with his exercise requirements.
Patchouli requires to live with other dogs to help him with his self confidence and helps with mental stimulation/physical needs.
ZERO aggressive tendencies.
Great with kids! Good in the car and on leash. Crate trained.

Comes fully vetted (neutered, microchipped, vaccinations)
Adoption fee is $850 which includes crate, bed, toys, treats, bowls/food stand, collars, leash, bag of dog food)
