Iโve been exposed ๐
My dog voiceโฆ Iโm sorry you have to hear it! Itโs necessary, as these zoomies are meant to be seen. How cute are Moey and Daisy? Is your dog the jumper or the one being jumped at? lol ๐
Backyard Buddy visits are more than just hangouts in the backyard. Daisy has completely changed her perception of the outside world with the newfound confidence all her buddies give her! In fact, Moey was also fearful when I first adopted her.
How cool is it that these two were once too scared to play, but now can have fun like this, safely, with each other? What a blessing for my little girl Moey and her besties.
Take a moment to relax with baby Jade in the grass ๐ฉท๐ฅน
Jade, aka actual sunshine on four paws, you are such a treasure. Watch as she joyfully tumbles through the grass, her tail wagging like a happy flag. With each roll, Jade's excitement is clear, her eyes sparkling with mischief and delight. In this sweet as pie moment, Jade reminds us the simple joys of life ๐ฅฐ
Little Gizmo and Charlie the Golden are besties. Itโs official. This play session lasted so long and remained super respectful. Both of these pups like to be โin your faceโ when playing, and they both know itโs friendly, which is perfect. They just wrestled in each otherโs perfect little faces.
Imagine your dog having a play date while youโre at work- so cute! I bet Backyard Buddy Visits are going to be our most popular service soon. ๐ฅน
๐โโ๏ธ Have a question? Ask Bark! ๐ค๐
Happy Dance is a one person operation- to keep things running smoothly while Iโm taking care of your pups, we have our virtual assistant, Bark Bot!
Bark ๐ค will become smarter as time goes on, feel free to ask Bark some questions to see what Happy Danceโs AI assistant is all about. Link in comments.
Our social media messages will now be unmonitored, allowing me more time to give your pups cuddles. My email and phone number are available in my bio if you need to contact me. Thank you ๐ค๐
Itโs safe to say that Sallyโs place command is still in shape ๐.
Trainer tip: say your command once, and wait. Give your dog the time to think, they deserve the chance to make a choice. Watch in the videoโฆ Sally makes a choice both times, and you can tell she really wants to go to place! ๐ฅฐ
Excuse my silly voicesโฆ and laugh ๐
โ๐นGOOD GIRL๐โ ๐
Weโve been testing a new service! ๐ค๐คซ
Here is Gizmo meeting Kali for the first time in Gizmoโs backyard. I picked up Kali, drove her just a couple blocks, and the rest is history. A best friendship has been made.
These two are the perfect match for each other, both the perfect mix of crazy and cuddly. The size difference in them works great, Gizmo might overpower a fellow small dog with his current play style. He likes to hop around, as you can see!
This service doesnโt have a name yet! What should we call it? Backyard Buddy visits? ๐ ๐ฉ
You can choose to host, or to sign your dog up for the field trip to anotherโs backyard. Restrictions apply. Dogs are matched on personality, energy level, temperament, social adequacy, play style, and recall ability. Backyards that are fully fenced and inescapable only. Message for details!
Sully: ๐๏ธ๐
๐๏ธ
Me: Oops ๐คญ
Iโve got my foot bent underneath Sullyโs head so that every time he puts his head up to look at me and then flops down, heโs got a safe landing ๐คฃ
By the way, did you know that you can click the album โSullivanโ and see over 100 pictures of him growing up from a puppy to now? How cool is that!?
Sally wants to show you how awesome she is at her newly learned โplaceโ command ๐ฅน๐
This girl has endless energy! To see her so in control of herself is incredible. Sally and her parents are really putting in the work, I am so proud of them ๐ญ
Sally has a backyard visit with combined add on training weekly, which is perfect for non-urgent behaviour modification like Sallyโs. This sweet pea just needed some direction on personal space and firm boundaries within everyday life, something we all need to routinely instil in our dogs. Sheโs the best girl ever, and Iโm so lucky to be a part of her support system!
Good morning Happy Dance family! Do you know a pup that has a little trouble with loose leash walking? Sometimes more fun is the answer! If we increase our value in the situation, engagement comes naturally.
Charlie is helping me demonstrate our โsit. ready? walk!โ game, which is great for puppies and grandpuppies alike. Itโs fun and easy, but can also be modified to be more challenging as time goes on. For instance, Charlie is so good at this game, she can do without a leash!
In this video Iโm using Charlieโs food as a lure. Playing a training game for 15 minutes a day could potentially change the way your dog behaves on and off leash. Short, positive repetitions of training games, coupled with a wholistic training plan, will lead you and your dog to your goals.
Pro tip: fill a โchuck itโ wand with some peanut butter for easy rewarding without bending over.
Bogeyโs got beef with the chicken toy again
I couldnโt help but let Bogey express his mini-zoomies when we came across this perfectly sized snow hill to play on. Sorry chicken!
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope our pups can make your day even better. Featured in our first video is Charlee, Marlee, Happy, Scorcher and Bogey! We absolutely love to see these peanut butter faces.
