Our shelter remains full; though we must accept strays thru Animal Control we cannot accept surrenders at this time.
We understand that people needing to surrender are typically facing things beyond their control, we do sympathize. All kennels and cages are full. We have animals in offices and laundry rooms, we are bursting at the seams.
Thank you to our many foster families who are helping.
If your pet is missing, please stop into the shelter and see if your pet is here. We have many unclaimed strays.
Ontario is in an animal crisis. Shelters and Rescues are full. Please be patient and kind as we navigate thru this challenging time.

‼️IMPORTANT INFO. Please read!‼️

Hi everyone 👋🏻
I am going to be off for roughly 2 months beginning the week of August 19th. I am finally having my long awaited brain surgery that week. I will need to recover for 6-8 weeks following my surgery.

I have an incredible team that is going to keep the spa going while I am away. During my time off, there are a few things we need to let our clients know.

1. We won’t be able to accept email transfer unless it’s an absolute need. I am the only one with access to our emails and will not have any access while I am in the hospital and for the first few weeks of recovery.

2. We won’t be able to communicate through email for appointment bookings. Please call or text the spa 519-312-1582.

3. Our reception Tarah, will have access to Facebook messages and can reply on there. I am the only one with access to post on our page. It may be quiet on there for a few weeks.

4. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Tarah or our Head Groomer Hilary. They will be able to help deal with any matters that arise.

5. We will be open our normal hours which are usually 9:30am-3:30pm/4pm Monday to Friday. Walk in services are still available. Please just call before you come to ensure the girls are still at the spa.

6. Appointment spots will fill up quickly as we only have one groomer. Please try to book in advance for any haircutting appointments. We will still be able to get Furbuster and Bath Packages in quickly as we have 2 amazing staff members, Kaylee and Angel who can complete these appointments.

7. Please be kind and patient with the spa girls. I know it’s not easy on them to run the spa without me. Appointments may take longer than usual. Phone calls might take longer to return. But these girls are amazing and will get everything completed as quickly as they can.

We have the best clients and I know everything will be fine while I’m away. I will be in and out at the spa throughout the next week and a half. If anyone needs to reach me with any questions or concerns please call the spa and we can absolutely chat before I leave! Thank you everyone for reading this!! I’ll be back stronger than before! 💪🩷
