To make the grooming process less stressful, we are providing one on one grooming. Your dog isn't waiting in a kennel for their turn, they are worked on start to finish & you are contacted as soon as they are done. We have less dogs in the salon than a normal shop, this lowers anxiety & keeps our attention on your pet. They are family, we treat them like family.

In 2008, I got my first dog, Phoebee, a toy poodle I couldn’t be more in love with. My family always had poodles or cocker spaniels but Phoebee was my first dog, I had sole responsibility for. The first year of her life she was groomed at her breeders home grooming salon. I dropped her off at 9:00 am & picked her up at 5:00 pm. I would pull in the driveway & hear Phoebee screaming because she hated being locked away in a kennel with no one around her. I always felt sick dropping her off knowing she would be placed in a kennel & knowing she hated it. Thankfully in 2009 my mom went to grooming academy became a groomer & Phoebee would love to go see my mom & she’d be quick, in & out. When I decided to become a groomer, I wanted to be everything, every dog needed & wanted. Patient, caring & extremely fast. 😂 Fast forward to October 2019 when I lost Phoebee, to a sudden, tragic death, I knew I wanted to get out of where I worked & open my own salon with her memory surrounding me. January 2020, I finally found a space where we could start our business & we took off. Limiting time dogs & cats need to spend in the salon. Giving each pet our individual attention. Showing up with patience & understanding. As stress free as possible. We have a high standard & I have a high standard when it comes to my stylists. We do our best everyday. We lean on each other & we work as a team. We are overly open & transparent to our clients. Thank you for trusting us. I’m sharing this story because sometimes people just look at us as pet groomers. We are more than that, we are friends, family & we are animal lovers. This is our careers & goal paths is to be the best we can be.

Barley is one of favourite girls to do, not because she’s literally Jill’s dog & her name is literally on the building but because she has this aura & attitude about her. I just know we’d be besties in another life. She’s the friend you’d call to come bail you out. 🤣 she’s a straight gem. 💎
