Created broccoli microgreen fritters to go with my baby back ribs and rice. Great side dish! Even made a Mango Chipotle sauce.

4 cups chopped broccoli microgreens
2 eggs
1/4 c flour
Paprika
Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Garlic salt
1/2 cheddar

Made little patties put on parchment poster in sure fryer.Air fried @400 for 15min, flipped half way. This made 8 fritters.

Mango Chipotle sauce - approx 1/4 c Mayo, 1/2 c sour cream, mango Chipotle spice to taste.
