Happy Valentine’s Day to all the horse lovers out there! ❤️🐴

Did you know that Kissing Spines can cause discomfort for your horse and affect their performance? This condition occurs when the spinous processes of the vertebrae touch or overlap, often leading to pain, stiffness, or reluctance to move freely.

Signs to watch for:
• Resistance to saddling or girthing
• Difficulty with jumping or bending
• Shortened stride or a stiff back
• Sensitivity when touched along the back

Early detection is key! Regular veterinary check-ups and addressing any signs of discomfort early on can help prevent long-term issues. Show your horse some extra love this Valentine’s by prioritizing their spine health! 💘🐎

Reminder: To ensure we have time to fill prescription and supplement refills before the holidays, please submit your requests by December 19. This will help us ensure everything is ready for you and your horses before our holiday closure.
