⭐PLEASE READ⭐

We appreciate everyone's patience with us while we have been deciding what will work best for our walk-in services on Saturday's. We originally stated that we wouldn't be offering Saturdays at all. But we're going to test out a new approach to hopefully help us still be able to accommodate some walk-ins.

Our reasoning behind changing our availability is due to the overwhelming amount walk-ins. On top of our scheduled full grooming appointments, we have been averaging between 30-50 dogs coming in for nails, paw trims, etc. And for two people, it's not only becoming extremely overwhelming mentally, it's also causing physical problems with myself and Tenille.

Moving forward, we don't expect the demand to change, but our availability will. We won't be available during our usual 10-2 time frame. And there will be Saturday's that we can't accommodate walk-ins at all. So we recommend that you call in advance to see what time we are able to accept walk ins to avoid showing up and we have to turn you away. Please also be prepared to wait in line as that is very common on Saturday's, especially during the warmer months.

We are also asking the following:

-Please have your dog under control and on a leash.
-Please give space to possible reactive dogs as we do cater to many. Not all dogs like each other, and not all dogs are comfortable with having other pets in their personal space.
-If you are coming in to have your dog's paws trimmed, please ensure their feet are clean and dry. We cannot trim your pet's feet if they are dirty. It ruins our equipment.
-Please be prepared that we may ask for your assistance. If you have a bouncy dog that is unsure during it's nail trim, we may need you to come and hold him or her.
-Please respect our decision if we deem it necessary to stop. We offer these services as an extra. Your pets comfort and safety is always our #1 priority. Therefore, if your dog is too stressed or fighting and may cause harm to itself or us, we will stop.

Yesterday was a day dedicated to giant floofs! 3 fluffy Newfoundlands! The two puppies were 5 months old and so incredibly cuddly. I'm so thankful I have great products to make our job easier. All were bathed in Purify shampoo and the Refresh conditioner. I used the Purify to get them all nice and clean and clarify their coats. And then finished with the Refresh conditioner to hydrate the coat and repair any coat damage.

‼️Fun times at the salon today‼️ We had a handsome feathered friend in for a bath. 🐔 Lorenzo, on of Tenille's roosters, needed some assistance. Tenille has a hobby farm just outside the city, called Rottwood Acres. She has chickens, pigs, donkeys, horses, and bees! Toupee Tuesday!! Carl really wanted to show off his new mowhawk toupee. He found it while he was checking out some local antique stores. Carl absolutely loves going antique shopping. His favourite things to look for are old rocking chairs. He likes to refinish them and then tests them out by taking long luxurious naps on them while basking in the sunshine. If they pass his quality control testing, he sells them for a small profit.
