We had a great show in Red Deer! Our yearling bull Ace Evaluator Lad 29l won two of the four categories of the carcass competition. He won the champion ribeye and the champion lean meat yeild bull, banners and 2500 dollars each. Our yearling heifer colf was awarded junior heifer calf champion. Our bull calf was reserve junior bull calf champion. Thank you to the alberta hereford showcase for putting on a great show!

Had a great day at the Hereford Gene's Event! Our bull was selected for 2nd place in the people's choice and one of our fantastic customers was drawn to pick a bull of their choice from the lineup of bulls and selected our bull ACE Evaluator Lad 8J as their top pick to take home! Thank you to all those for putting on this event, to all our fellow exhibitors for showcasing their bulls and to all the customers that braved the winter roads and gave us an amazing crowd for this event!

Glad we made it to Red Deer before the winter storm hit! Got the critters all settled in and ready for the Alberta Hereford Showcase at Westerner Park. Catch us tomorrow, Thursday November 3rd, for the Gene's Event where we will be showcasing our top yearling bull!
