⚠️ Long post but needed to share with you.

People ask what is your New Year’s resolution. My answer to that is:

💫CHASE YOUR DREAMS💫

I never really knew what I wanted to be when people asked me when I grow up. I told them defiantly a cop, oh no a veterinarian, wait no, defiantly a doctor who deliveries babies😂 But none of those fell through because I had changed my mind as time went on and I realized I wanted to work with sweet elderly folks. So back in 2014 I went to college to get my personal support worker diploma. I was in the psw field for about 7/8 years. As time went on I decided I needed a break from that. I started to try online marketing. I tried 4-5 different MLM companies, a cleaning company, my own diy rustic company and none of those I stuck with because it would get so boring and it got old so fast so time went on and about 2-3 weeks after I had stopped the rustic stuff. I even told my husband I need to go back to school, I just have to. Well with me having my youngest still at home, daycare was impossible. So I never did it. I then got offered a job at RBC Royal Bank to clean everyday Monday-Friday after 5PM. So yes, I took it because it’s income and close to home. I knew myself that it wasn’t gonna be a forever thing just in the mean time until something better came up. I’ve been there 5/6 months now. Well a couple weeks ago I was randomly folding clothes and my mind was constantly racing of ideas of what in the hell could I possibly do for a full time income something I could maybe do with my youngest until she’s in school. So BANG, my mind stopped and all of a sudden I thought of maybe I could watch/walk pets. I looked into it more, talking to a couple good friends who has been doing it also and their making a killin and loving it. Soooooo I searched for a day or two and FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING! A company called Rover. I looked into it and read about it and it’s the largest network of 5-star pet sitters and dog walkers. 10 countries, 24,000+ neighborhoods around the world, 2+ million pet parents have booked pet care through Rover and millions of 5-star reviews from pet parents. So heck ya I said this is the one. I’m doing it, I’m gonna kick ass and I can even take my daughter!! So here I am 2 weeks into doing it and kicking ass. I told myself, I’m not gonna give up, I’m gonna climb my ass to the top of that mountain as far as I can. This is MY year and I can DO IT! So when they say you need to chase your dreams, even though it may take you as long as it’s taken me but you really need to.
