The Highly Hilarious Haana!

Haana first arrived at COR as a timid training pup…and since then she has grown into the confident, happy and humorous pup she is today.

Hear ye, Hear ye! Announcing…

The Honorable Sir Hamlet Von Waterstein!

Hammers, as he’s affectionately called around here, holds a special place in our hearts as his human is a dear friend of ours and his dearly departed canine brother, Ramsay, was a regular visitor to Come Over Rover.

This giant Sheepadoodle just LOVES his friends so, so, SO MUCH and really knows how to get the party started on the playground.

He’s been an official COR-er since Spring, but has been in our hearts since we first met him as a teeny pup.

Oh my! How you’ve grown in so many ways, little man! We love you!

What is perfectly ok for you may be scary or overwhelming to your dog. Everyone experiences the world differently.

Forcing your dog to face strong fears instead if gently easing into them with relaxed exposure and assistance with coping skills is a BIG risk.

Instead of learning the scary thing is ok, instead your dog might be learning the scary thing is really scary AND they can't trust you to keep them safe.

While dogs don't speak English, their behavior does communicate about their inner thoughts and feelings. Listening to what they have to day and responding with empathy is the best way to create a healthy partnership that values each of your experiences.

Hi there, I just saw a German Shepard-looking dog running along the ditch on the North lane side of highway near McCurdy Road on the Malahat. Last seen running back towards the lodge overlooking Saanich Inlet.

By the time I turned around, it had gone south again
