Hi Everyone !

It’s been a while since I introduced myself.
So I thought it may be time!

My name is Heather Charles, I started pet sitting many moons ago for farms I used to work for, then random people I met, old bosses ect! At this time I didn’t even label myself as a “pet sitter” but my name just kept getting tossed around and next thing I knew, I was barley living at home and spending all my time staying with peoples dogs while they are away.

I eventually made a page back in 2016 and decided to officially label myself!

I worked out of the New Tecumseth area for the most part of 4/5 years taking care of everyone’s furry friends. I work a normal 5 day a week job, that allows me to do my dog sitting/walking around it.

The two services I offered are “live in” sitting where I stay in your home while your away and come and go to work just as you would! Doing my best to mimic your pets normal routine and schedule.

The other service would be “visits” where I just pop in mornings, dinner and late evenings to let your dog out, walk and feed them! This is perfect for cats or dogs who just need to be fed and let out to do their business, but not necessarily needing someone to sleep in the home with them.

Just over two years ago we moved to Shelburne and bought a home, rescued our cat Hank and two dogs Tucker and Mia.

For the most part I regularly offer “visits” in the Shelburne area. But I have recently opened up “live in” sitting again for the Shelburne and Alliston area.

Hey guys! As many of you know from my previous posts this year I have moved from the Tottenham area out to shelburne! I now only service the shelburne/Collingwood area for visits/let outs!

A month ago we adopted a dog from the “Furry Family Animal Rescue” who flew Tucker and 3 other dogs from Costa Rica to Toronto! Tucker lived as a stray for most of the first year of his life and in July was taken in by the rescue and fostered in Costa Rica then flown to Canada at the beginning of August! Tucker has two old injuries that are most likely from being hit by a car, that’s resulted of him having a limp on a leg that the bones have healed incorrectly. This doesn’t effect his health or zest for life! He is a true blessing and is so full of love ❤️
