Since we opened 4 years ago, we have had a Replacement Warranty. It replaces cookies that are unusable due to going hard or crumbling.
Thankfully only 2 orders have needed warranty replacement in those 4 years .

Our product has proven tested to last a year or more in their container, as long as it’s sealed in in a cool dark environment.
