CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:

Ask us about our “CAREER CHANGE” dogs we have in our “Service Dog program”… some of the service dog prospects in the program would “prefer a different lifestyle” than to be a working service dog. Career Change dogs have gone through various training, socializing, husbandry and assessments, and might indicate they’re not the best choice for a full time career. Other dogs made available for release from our program might be great candidates, but we have no “human” matches and we don’t want to have them on campus longer than necessary…

We have well trained dogs that might be a great fit for your home, and we can’t keep them all! We need to make some of these dogs available for graduating to a family home or change of career… or maybe even be the right SERVICE DOG for yourself.

These dogs range from $1500 to $3500 depending on their training, breed and file. Includes a private training package. All revenue goes directly back to maintaining the service dog program.

Wednesdays are now Rally nights for existing CCT clients. Whether you're interested in starting to compete in the sport or just wanting to improve leash handling skills and engagement with your dog, this might be a good fit for you.

Class space is limited so please call or email the office to sign up on a per class basis.

We are honoured and excited to reach the milestone of being on the journey to qualification of 350 service dog teams!

We also would like to recognize the one year anniversary of our Canadian Canine Team of qualified service dog trainers and the five year anniversary of our highly sought after “Service Dog Assessor” and qualified SD trainer, Joel Roth.

Euthanasia “postponed”…

THIS GIRL NEEDS AN IMMEDIATE HOME:

WE ARE TOLD RESCUE ORGANIZATIONS WILL NOT TAKE OWNER SURRENDERS OF PIT BULL TYPE BREEDS IF THERE ARE ANY BEHAVIOUR CONCERNS. SHE IS EXCITABLE- good with humans.

The owner paid for boarding and is refusing to take the dog home… they want a NEW HOME for her, and have her planned for euthanasia (Saturday Dec 17, 2023 at 4:00 Which was postponed) if she is not placed.

This is a very uncomfortable posting to make- ETHICALLY- it’s a nightmare in all aspects, but I can’t let social media judgements and retaliation inhibit us from trying to find an emergency placement for her…

OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO GO ABOUT THIS… however in this short of timeline, I’d like to see if anyone would be interested in her.

She is very excitable… sweet… probably not social with other dogs - unknown factors, but has had training, is on meds for anxiety behaviour- just needs a stable home.
