Usually our guests hear their owner's voice and dreading the whole "carrier and car" ordeal, they try to make themselves invisible...but...sometimes, they get this excited when Mom and/or Dad arrive.

Many, many years ago a gentleman brought his cat to us and supplied this ramp as he doubted his cat could jump the levels successfully.
Many, many years later our guests are still enjoying the benefits of this "modified" room.
