Our good deed for the day!
We watched this little one for several hours yesterday afternoon, but no sign of parents. Before dark, we crated her (?) and brought her inside with food and water. After a good rest, she seemed well enough to set free, but didn't get very far. She's now on her way to a wildlife rehabilitation facility. Best wishes little one!

Space Report!

We still have space for the last two weeks of August and first two weeks of September.

The last two weeks of September is extremely limited.

Early October and over the Thanksgiving weekend is fairly open, but booking steadily.

The mind is a curious thing. I've been a cat servant for over 23 years and this scene STILL gets me...every.single.time.

If weather permits, and cats agree, they are secured on their balconies while "housekeeping" cleans their rooms.

Usually our guests hear their owner's voice and dreading the whole "carrier and car" ordeal, they try to make themselves invisible...but...sometimes, they get this excited when Mom and/or Dad arrive.

Our wee (not so) stray enjoying her (turkey liver) Thanksgiving dinner. Our guests should be so lucky!

Many, many years ago a gentleman brought his cat to us and supplied this ramp as he doubted his cat could jump the levels successfully. Many, many years later our guests are still enjoying the benefits of this "modified" room. We're continuously grateful to the late Norman Hole for this gift...💕
