Hi everyone!
lessons will be starting up slowly. Due to COVID-19 I have had to make some changes to the barn,
I will have a waiver that needs to be completed once by every rider. Then there is an additional waiver that will be required to be completed by ANYONE that comes into the facility area.
There is also a sign in/out form that needs to be completed by everyone entering. Also everyone must use the sanitizer prior to entering facility area.
At this time, lessons will be 30 minute private lessons. There will be 15 minutes between lessons to ensure that the person who rode before has exited before anyone else enters. Remember we are only allowed 5 people in an area at a time.
Each rider is allowed to have one parent/guardian with them.
Horses will be groomed and tacked up before you ride by myself (Denise). I know that part of the barn experience is socializing, but unfortunately that is not possible at this time. You will not be permitted into any of the stalls, tack rooms or washroom. I know that I usually ask riders to come to the barn early, but I need you to be in there maximum 5 minutes before your lesson starts.
The first week of lessons will be very limited and only over 3 days. I need to work out the kinks before opening up more slots. I hope that everyone understands.
remember horses have been on the same "vacation" as you have been so the 30 minute lesson is for them as much as it is for you. Also I will not be using ANY horse back to back over this period, I will try to accommodate as many lessons/people as I can. Please note at this time any of the younger riders that require my assistance getting on/off horses as well as needing me to be near them on a horse will need to wait a couple more weeks while I come u0p with a way to stay 6+ feet away due to social distancing.
Lesson days June 8, 9,& 10
times 4-430, 445-515, 530-6, 615-645 7-730
please message below day/time that works for you. Remember once kinks are out I will be opening more time slots
thank you for your support and understanding this difficult time.
