We are doing our best to accommodate all grooming requests and will always offer you the first available appointment. We appreciate you all and thank you for your understanding. ☀️TO ALL our valued clients.☀️ Recently 2 respected local groomers have TEMPORARILY closed for personal reasons. As a result of that and of course the warm weather we are experiencing a huge increase in calls for appointments. We are doing everything we can to accommodate as many clients as possible however we are currently booking 4 weeks out. We would ask you to be patient and would encourage you to book your next appointment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We also highly recommend prebooking at least 2 - 3 appointments in advance and would be delighted to discuss your pets grooming interval based on previous history. (As a guide we recommend a 6 week schedule for small dogs). We cannot accommodate any walk in services such as nails trims at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience.

WHEN YOUR PETS GROOMER RETIRES…. Finding a new groomer that is the right fit can sometimes be stressful for both owner & pet. We pride ourselves on building relationships with all our clients taking the time to discuss personal needs & expectations. Sometimes a meet & greet helps or a quick small service maybe a face trim just to see how your pet reacts to the new environment. More often than not though new clients are just booked in for a full grooming. This is when we rely on the owners to give us as much information as they can to make the transition as easy and stress free as possible. With new clients we will often take a ‘sneaky’ video of their pup being groomed to show them how they have settled to the new situation. This was the case when ‘Wolfie’ a young schnauzer came for his first visit. He did incredibly well and we were thrilled to receive this lovely e mail from his Mum ( reproduced with her permission) ‘Sneaky’ video is in comments below! We look forward to many happy years ahead working with you both ❤️
